"Why are you so happy today?" Taehyung asked with a mischievous smile, eyeing the younger boy who was humming happily as he played with his phone. "Just because," he replied, walking up to his best friend, and clinging on to his arm, giving him a cute eye-smile.

"Spill it Chim," he said, as he tried to loosen his arm from the other's grip. "I know something must have happened for you to have that stupid smile on your face."

The coffee shop was about to close and there wasn't many customers so Jimin decided to tell him. "Omg Tae, so ... Do you remember the guy I talked to you about? The one who came to the cafe a few days ago?" Jimin asked excitedly, hoping that his friend still remembered, "Ah yeah, the one you're always talking about ... What about him?"

"We did it Tae!"

Taehyung's mouth dropped open. He took a big gulp, blinking repeatedly as he tried to register what Jimin had just said."W-what? No way. No fucking way." Jimin nodded, biting his lip and staring straight into his shocked friend's eyes, "Yes. Fucking. Way!" They stared at each other for what seemed to be hours, then they both started laughing, and squealing like little teenage girls.

"Oh my god Jimin, you have to tell me everything!" Jimin proceeded to tell his story, making it sound so dramatic, emphasizing in even the smallest little details. Taehyung's head only moved up and down in acknowledgment, as he listened attentively to what his friend was saying.

"So he's okay with everything?" his friend asked worriedly, "I think so" Jimin smiled shyly, as he fidgeted with the sleeves of his oversized sweater, "I mean.. he even stayed the night." Tae sighed, he was kind of worried about Jimin. He knew that he gets his hopes up very easily, he also knew that he's a complete mess when he's heartbroken, and at the end, it's always him who picks up the pieces. He didn't want to see him hurt again.

"I love you Jimin, and I want the best for you. I really hope this relationship works out, but please don't trust him so easily, please worry about yourself first," he said, giving the younger boy a hug. "Thank you Tae," Jimin smiled as his best friend tightened his arms around his small body, making it hard for him to breathe, "Tae! I-I c-can't brea-" he let go and they both start laughing.

After work, Jimin literally ran up the stairs, trying to reach his apartment as fast as he could. He didn't receive a message from Yoongi all day, which means he probably didn't leave the apartment. Jimin was so happy to be home now, completely unaware that Yoongi was no longer there.

He made his way in and turned on the light, noticing that the breakfast he made was not even touched. The joy in his face was soon replaced by a very familiar pain in his chest. He slowly picked up the white dishes from the counter, throwing away the toast, the nicely sliced strawberries, the sunny side up eggs, and dumping out the orange juice in the sink. He rinsed the dirty dishes, then placed them inside the dishwasher.

He grabbed a big tub of ice cream from the freezer, and lied down on the couch, turning on the television. Suddenly the sweet ice cream tasted bitter, and his favorite drama became boring.

Jimin was confused.

He was hurt.

He felt stupid.

He needed to get rid of that pain in his chest.

Fortunately for him, he knew the perfect way to do it. He unlocked the screen on his phone, searching for his bestfriend's name, once he found it, he typed in a short text.

J: Come play with me, master.
