😪"Long lost family member"😪

Luna's POV;
I woke up with Bella in my arms and my sleepy husbands head on my lap. He has such a big ass head. I carefully put Bella in her crib with jackson next to her. I kissed Ethan on the head and made my way downstairs to eat pop tarts. Cade came downstairs with a worried look on his face.
"Cade what wrong hunny." I asked. I found out a couple weeks ago that Cade's mom and dad died in a car crash and that it was last week on May 14 that they died so I helped him through it. He looks up to me as if I was his own mother and I love him as if he were my own son.

"Hey um N is throwing up and she yelled at me to get out cause she doesn't want me to see her." He said with a sappy look on his face.
"Let me go check on her." I walked past him and made my way upstairs. I walked into their room and found N on the floor puking.
"Hey sweetie how u feelin?" I asked his holding her hair back and rubbing circles on her back. She stood up and brushed her teeth we were both in our pjs and let me tell you I wouldn't wear those pjs ever again with the amount of barf on them.
"I feel like shit! My stomach is killing me and I keep fucking puking." She said. At first I was gonna say let's go get you some flu medicine but then I realized something.
"Hey N do you want anything to eat?" I asked. "Um ya a In-&-out milkshake, vanilla!" She squealed. I knew what was wrong😏.
"Follow me chica." I squealed with excitement. We went into my room and got dressed for the day.

I was wearing the white shirt and jeans underneath with the black shoes.While she was wearing the pink shirt and jeans underneath with the white shoes. I ran downstairs dragging N with me. Ethan and Cade were down their and let me say Ethan looked damn good (more like yummy) in what he was wearing ⬇️

I told him we were running to the store because I needed personnel girl stuff and he nodded. I grabbed the keys to my car and hopped in. N was playing on her phone while I quickly ran into the Qt with her. She looked confused so I told her to go wait in the bathroom. I went over to the isle and grabbed what I needed and paid for it. I went to find N and I locked the bathroom door behind me so nobody could come in. I put the bag behind me and told her not to freak out I until I'm done explaining. I pulled out the box and gave it to her. Her eyes went big and I giggled, and that earned me a glare. "Come ok I know it's scary but trust me it will be ok." I said while hugging her. She ran into the stall and came out with a worried face. We wait 10 minutes before I looked at her and smiled. "I'm gonna be a fucking AUNTIE!!!!!!!!!!" I practically screamed. I rushed her back home and sat her on the couch while I got Cade and dragged him over to see her. While Ethan came around holding Bella and Jackson with Hunter on his leg. I laughed and grabbed Jackson and took hunter with me to sit in the love seat while Ethan took the recliner with Bella laying on his chest. AWEEEEEE!!!!
"Ok um well, Cadeimmightbesortofkindofpregnantimsorryplzdontleaveme. She whispered really fast.
"Babe I can't understand u what?" Cade asked. "Cade I'm... Pregnant." She said looking down.
Cade jumped up and yelled, "I'm gonna be a Father!!!!!!! Yassssssssss!" I giggled while N kissed him. He put his hands on her stomach while Ethan smirked. "Plz don't be a mini Cade." Everyone laughed at Ethan's statement. Cade and Ethan argued about how it would be amazing if a little Cade was running around. N went to the kitchen and was eating icecream. Damn today was a great day!
A few weeks later;
I was with N, Cade, and Ethan in the waiting room for getting N's check up on the baby. Me and Ethan made Sebastian, Dalon, and Canyon say home with the kids. (Lol)
"Nirvana." And old women said. We all walked up to the huge room. She sat down on the bed holding Cades hand. Me and Ethan sat in the chairs. "Hello dear, I'm guessing this is your boyfriend. And let me guess your twin sister and her husband because of the ring, congrats." N and me laughed.
"Sorry Mrs. but we aren't twins." We both said in unison.
"She looked shocked and then said," Wait here." She came back a few minutes later with to shot looking things. I backed up and landed on Ethan's lap.
"If I may can I take you blood samples because you to almost look identical and I just need to be sure I'm wrong." She said with a pleasing smile. N nodded but shook my head and backed away from the needle. She took N's blood and then came over to me. "No plz I don't like needles." I shrunk back. Ethan gripped me tighter and I looked up at him and then felt something like my arm and make me scream. I saw she took my blood and then I glared at Ethan who laughed and kissed where she took the blood. She walked out of the room and came back 10 minutes later. She smiled and walked to both of us taking our hands making us stand next to each other.
"I was right you are twins she said hugging us." My jaw dropped to the floor like N's tears swelled in my eyes as I looked at her. Omfg she was right we do look almost identical, I just haven't noticed. I couldnt hold it in any more and I hugged her and cried into her neck. She wiped my tears and I wiped hers.
"Oh also I now what times and dates you were born so I know who's older."
"I'm older right." N said.
"No I am." I said pouting.
"No I am"
"No I am!"
"I am"
"I am"
"Shut up I am"
"For fucking sakes I am"
The boys yelled shut up and we looked at the lady who was giggling. "Ok well I'm sorry to say Luna but... Nirvanas older by 2 minutes." She said. I pouted but then I was pulled back into Ethan's arms and I could hear him giggling which made me pout more.
"Ok now let's see your baby shall we." The nurse said. Everyone laughed.
"Finally." I said. They all looked at the still pouting me, and giggled, though I ended up laughing away with them as well.
This day just got was better. Not including the fact that my handsome baby daddy this morning took care of the kids so I could sleep in. He said I would make it up to him later for that, I wonder what we'll do..... 😏😉
