Buried Alive

Prologue:

'Ask and you will receive. Receive and you will find. Find and you will know. Know and you will prosper.'
That is the motto of the underground city, the city of Palest, and the saying that Emily and Raymond were raised to fulfill. To ask. To give. To find. To search. To know. To flourish in life. And that's exactly what they did for most of their lives. So far. Emily and Raymond together find out the truth about their city, and it's true purpose. To keep them from the world above. What world exists above Palest? A world of terror and death? Or a world of peace and harmony? Is Palest just a jail, keeping people separate from the world above them? Or a safe-haven, keeping people safe from a terrible world? Well, in my experience, answers seem to come in time. So, in time, the answer to all those questions will come. But until then, Emily and Raymond will have to be, Buried. Alive.
