Alexander's POV
"And the darkness will go on forever underneath..... the staaaaaars." I woke up to my mom singing her favorite song just outside my bedroom. I smiled softly knowing she only sings that song when she is in a good mood and is going downstairs to make my favorite thing for breakfast.
I got up knowing i had time for a quick run before eating breakfast and the pack meeting later today at noon about a girl warrior coming here in a few years but she is coming over to see what the pack is like before she is here permently. I got up and stretched waiting to hear the satisfying po of my bones falling back into place. I grabbed a dark washed pair of jeans and a grey muscle shirt, i then went back to my bed and fixed my dark blue night sky comforter and walked out the door but not before i shut off my light and made sure to clothes the door after me. I walked down stairs to see my mother and baby sister dancing in the kitchen while making breakfast. I chuckled softly and quietly walked over to the back door and put on my shoes and opening the back door walking out and shutting it softly behind me. I walked over to the edge of the woods and stripped off my clothes and shifting into my raven black wolf that for some reason had aplatinum blonde almost white devil wing design on my back and my eyes slowly turned to a pale pink instead of a golden yellow.. my mom says i am a rare type of wolf but she wont tell me what that means. I started stretching my hind legs as i heard verruckte purr from the feeling of finally being able to be out of his little doggy prision he was put into 3 days earlier for causing a bit of trouble with the alpha's wolf, my father. 'Hey i heard that Alex.' verruckte said in my head as i chuckled at his childish way of saying it. 'Well if you didnt piss of dad you wouldnt have been in there in the first place' i replied back to him as i took off running

i was on my way home after about an hour run when i felt the presense of a group of rogues coming my way and fast. I tried to run faster to get home quicker since my wolf was still blocked from the packs communication, but i tripped over a fallen branch and one of the rogues ran straight into me causing me to go flying into a tree and hit my head on a near by rock. I slowly started to be consumed by darkness as i saw a flash of white fur jump in front of me.
the last thing i heard before i completely blacked out was a voice calling out my wolves name 'Verruckte!!!!'
