Evelyn/1st Person- Normal
Third Person- Italics

Evelyn

It's been almost an hour and no ones come back. No one. Not even my uncle who seems to care for me.

I can't get up, I'm laying here in the grass, stuck, paranoid, angry.

An hour or so later.

I heard the sound of someone walking, through the glass or something. I decided to stay quiet, for my safety of course I wouldn't want to get that bore's attention again. "Evelyn!?" Someone yelled. They yelled my name again. Sawyer. "I'm over here." I yelled.

I heard him rush over to me, "Evelyn. What happened?" He asked as he kneeled down next to me. "Well I got attacked by that bore and now I can't get up. Kate and Locke decided to leave me." I stated. He looked down at my side, he placed his hand on my hip, "Ow. Just don't," I said as I ached in pain.

"May I? Evelyn I believe your bleeding." He said. "How would you know?" I asked he took out his flashlight and beamed it on his hand and on my side. His hand and my hip were all covered in blood. "I'm so sorry." I said.

Then he rips off a part of his shirt and uses it as a bandage he wraps it around me, he had to lift up my shirt to do so, I just looked at him. "You risked your life to come out here?" I ask him as he finishes patching me up.

"Yeah, why you ask?" He asked me. "You don't seem like the kind of guy to do so, I mean your a robber, and it's just weird." I stated. "I always told myself family comes first." He said.

"That's sweet." I said, it was still dark out. "We better get going, cause if the others come looking for us, and they get lost and we come back........ we will be in some sort of trouble." He said. I nodded.

Then he picked me up since I couldn't walk, he held me so tight, I was almost ran out of breath even if I wasn't the one walking.

Finally we reached camp. "I gotta get you to Jack, so he can take a look at your wound." He said. Luckily Jack was awake. "Couldn't sleep?" Sawyer asks him. Jack was still looking down until he looked up at us. "No I couldn't. And you found her." He said. "Yep. He sure did because I'm right here." I said.

"Look Doc, I'm not asking for much but she got attacked by this bore, and she has a gigantic wound on the side of her hip. I tried to patch it up the best I could with my shirt but it still looks quite bloody." He said as he showed him his hand. "Alright. Do a favor for me and bring her inside the tent." Jack had said.

He nodded and brought me in. He later me down on some mattress thingy. Once he placed me down he kissed my forehead and said, "I hope you feel better Red Head, I gotta go wash my hands."

I laughed at his response. As he walked out Jack came in. "You know I thought he'd never care about anyone on this island but I was wrong, he cares about you." Jack said to me. I smiled. "He told me something I wasn't expecting." I said. "What's that?" Jack asks as he unravels the cloth from my hip and my stomach. "He told me that family comes first." I said.

"Huh. You know I care about you too Evelyn, he's not the only one." He said. "I know it's just that, he's my uncle, he's my blood." I said. He nods in understanding.

"You know the women you told me about the one who looked so much like me." I told him. "Yeah?" He says in reply. "What was her name?" I ask him. "I, I don't think that, getting that deep into my past," I stopped his sentence. "Please Jack. I want to know, because I've been wondering this whole time." I said.

"Fine. Her name was Stephanie Green." My eyes widened. "You do realize that was my mother's name? And Green my last?" I ask him. "Evelyn I don't think, you think that?" I stopped his sentence, "That I'm your daughter? It's possible Jack." I sighed.
