Yagen Toushirou (Touken Ranbu) - Shooting Star

Late that night, a certain saniwa were wide awake. She cannot sleep so she decided to go out to get some fresh air but on the way here, she noticed a certain tantou wasn't yet asleep. So she greets him with a small "Yagen?" and he turned around in confusion.

"Huh? General? What are you doing here late at night?" he asked her with a short blink.

"Nah, i can't sleep... and how about yourself?"

"Neither i can..."

An idea popped out on her head "Say Yagen, want to accompany me to somewhere?" Asked the master, being requested for someone he care so much, of course he cannot refuse that. "Alright."

A sound of footsteps on the roof as the two made their way safely and sit here just to watch the beautiful starry night sky. Eyes glimmered with pure enjoyment from the master, she said "They're so beautiful."

"General, you really like the stars that much?" he asked with a slight chuckles coming from his mouth. Finding this side of his master was rather cute... wait a minute.

"Of course I do— heey! Yagen? What's the matter? Are you alright?" When she was about to answer, the tantou who do like to call himself an adult has a very rosy cheeks because of what's on his mind right now while looking away to the side. Embarrassed by his own mind. He spoke "O-of course I'm alright! I'm healthy enough to climb there didn't I?" He said, stuttering.

Confused by his behavior, the saniwa shrugging it off and goes back to looked at the sky. She half shouted an 'Ah!' With her eyes widen. Now it's Yagen's turn to took a glance at her in confusion and alert. His face miraculously has gotten back in normal color. "Hm? General?"

"A shooting star!" Yagen immediately looked at the place where the saniwa also seek. His eyes glances around as he make a curious face. "Where? Where is— Ah, found it."

"Did you make a wish?" She asked and he place a hand on his chin. A brief nod was given to her. He replied "Of course I do, aren't you too, General?"

"So do I~" she hummed. Then a words won't came out from the both of them. They stay quiet for a minutes until a soft snores caught his ears as he turns around to see the saniwa were asleep while sitting with her arms crossed. It's quite an amusing sight but on the other side it would be bad for her health so he decided to bring her back into her room in a bridal-style. Even when he has a short body, the older tantou of awataguchi were strong enough to lift someone else.

After they got back into her room, he tucked her into the bed carefully. Trying to not waking her up. After done he gave her a good night kiss on the lips and go out from her room, sliding the door back to closed it.

After a while minutes of standing here with a flying dots bird in the background, he finally exploded in embarrassment after such a thing he did to the sleeping saniwa.

Now he had a lot of things in his mind to do something tomorrow and how he can face his master now?

Yagen screamed inside, getting help from his brothers won't help him calm again, but if it's the said tachi on his mind...

"Ichi-nii... Help me..." He murmured quietly.

'I wish we can stay together forever like this, but the sequences are too far from my expectation.'
