Slowly I walked across the road. Earlier he left a message on the phone and said: " Hey Carrie. It's me. I haven't seen you in a while now. Do you mind meeting me at the coffee shop by the corner, at 4 pm. I'll be there. Kydd"

Through the window I could see him sitting there, waiting with a cup I his hands. He was peeking on his watch, checking the time. Looking around. Waiting for me. I grabbed the handle and pushed it. I could feel the warmth collide with my cold skin.

The coffee shop was just a small place we used to come to, together. I loved the atmosphere, all the lovely people working here, the drinks, and all the memories. We always used to sit in the corner by the window. One chair was small and tall, and the other one was tiny and round. The table was just a black simple table, and one time we engraved "K+B", Kydd + Bradshaw. I just loved this place so much.

But after we split up, I never came back until now.
