CHANLING- Ice V.S Fire

First Sight

Once upon a time,there was a kingdom in the eastern coast called "The Ice Tribe". The royal family consist of Ice King and Ice Queen and their children,Prince Chance and Princess Winnie. On the western coast,there was another kingdom called "The Fire Tribe". This family consist of the Fire King and Fire Queen with their only child,Prince Sterling. Conflict between these two families has been going on for centuries. They finally made a peace treaty for 50 years to strengthen themselves even more. Besides the two kingdoms, were small little tribes. These tribes were forced to choose a kingdom to support. However,the Ice King was more favored among different tribes like the Mortal Tribe,Pixie Tribe,Bear Tribe,etc. because he was a kind-loving king who would do whatever it takes to make his people happy. The Fire King got support from the Phoenix tribe,Goblin Tribe,etc.

One day,the Fire King sent his son on a mission to weaken the 6-Leaf Crystal,which was the source of power for the Ice Kingdom. Prince Sterling obeyed his father and went on with his journey to the east. In the Ice Kingdom, Princess Winnie and her group of friends, Isabelle, Harmony, Alexa ,Petunia , Toad , Raven, Violet,etc. were playing a game of hide and seek. Princess Winnie loved these girls very much. Their fathers were close advisers of the King and the King trustees them with his life. Toad's family was a alchemist. However, because of this job, she has been stressing day and night. My father knew about this family and assigned them into the imperial court. However, we all still treat Toad as part of us even though we don't attend the same school. Prince Chance walked in on them and rolled his eyes, "Girls these days...when will they ever grow up?" "Well, ain't he grumpy now?" said Alexa. They laughed.

Prince Chance went out to the Ice Cherry Blossom Tree behind the kingdom. It was one of his favorite places to go to and have peace. He took out his flute. He played a beautiful tune.

Out in the border of the Ice Kingdom, Prince Sterling had finally arrived. He covered his red hair with his hoodie and walked forward to the front gate. The guards stopped him and asked him what tribe he was from. Prince Sterling did not answer as his voice might give him away. The guards took off his hoodie and gasped. " A..a..A Fire Tribe!!!! " ALARM- RING THE ALARM!!". Prince Sterling knocked them out with his fire powers. He ran and ran until he heard a sound. It was a very beautiful sound,indeed. He followed it and it led him to an Ice Cherry Blossom Tree. He looked up and saw a extremely handsome man with blonde hair and blue eyes. He looked about 16. "Who is he?", Prince Sterling thought.

Prince Chance felt a presence in the air...an evil presence. He turned around and saw a hot red headed boy around the age 16. They made eye contact for a few seconds until Prince Chance snapped out of it and attacked Prince Sterling. They both fought each other and asked "WHO ARE YOU??!?!?" Prince Chance was shocked as he knew everyone in the Ice Kingdom knew him."He must be an intruder",Prince Chance thought. "I'm Prince Chance of the Ice Kingdom! Who are you red head?",yelled Prince Chance.

"Those words...'Prince Chance of the Ice Kingdom'..made something inside of me be in pain",Prince Sterling thought. They stared at each other for another brief moment. Prince Sterling did not want this prince to know who he truly is..he can't. If he knew, they might not meet ever again. He made a run for it..until he slipped on ice. Prince Chance saw that and went to catch Prince Sterling. Prince Sterling was caught by the arms of Prince Chance. They stared at one another and for each second of eye contact was another second of a heart beat.
