You Were Mine

Happy birthday!

'Ring ring' twinkle's phone rang. She got up and answered it.

"Happy Birthday dear!" Her parents said thru the phone.

"Whatever." She replied.

"Where are you?!" Asked her parents angrily.

"Somewhere far from you guys, somewhere over the rainbow" twinkle replied.

"Twinkle we are serious!" Her parents said.

"So am I! I am coming back in a month!" She said and ended the call.
She ran over to Anthony's room, which was just next door.

"Hi!" Anthony said.

"Hi!" Replied Twinkle. "

Happy Birthday Twinkle!" Said Anthony.

"How did you know?!" She asked.

"I heard your boyfriend talking over the phone" said Anthony.

"Oh! Thank you so much! And by the way, he- he isn't my boyfriend" said Twinkle.

"Oh...." said Anthony.

"Do you have a girlfriend" she asked him.

"I'm not single, I'm not taken, I'm just on reserve for that one girl who deserves my heart" he said.

"Who is that lucky girl?" She asked.

"None yet... but may I ask, who is that lucky boy?" He asked.

"Um.. n-none y-yet" she said in hesitation.

"Oh..." said Anthony. Hearing this, Anthony fell in love with her.

"Bye!" Said Twinkle.

"Bye!" Replied Anthony as he held the exit door open for her.

Twinkle went back in her room any laid on her bed thinking about who should she actually be with. Suddenly she heard a doorbell. She opened the door and saw Alan.

"Hi Twinks!" Said Alan as he hugged her.

"Hi!" She said without giving  him a hug back.

"Happy birthday my little star!" He said and gave her flowers.

"Thanks!" Said twinkle.

"C'mon give me a hug" said Alan.

"Um... I don't wanna" said twinkle.

'Something weird is going on... what's with her?!' Alan thought to himself. Trying to change the topic... Alan said "let's go for breakfast?".

"You go ahead" said Twinkle.

"Fine, I'll meet you down!" Said Alan as he left her room. He was wondering what happened to the old twinkle. What happened to their relations.

Twinkle wore her cute sweater with shorts and sneakers. She was about to leave her room until she hard a doorbell. She opened the door and saw Anthony. "

Hi Twinkle! Would you like to join me for breakfast?" Asked Anthony with a smile.

"Indeed!" Said twinkle. They went down for breakfast. Twinkle saw Alan but she wanted to stay with Anthony. She had to think of others too...

"Anthony, I'll be back in 10 minutes I just have to get something" said Twinkle.

"Sure twinkle! I'll be waiting for you!" Anthony said.

She went to Alan. She just picked up some fruits and ate with him for 10mins.

"I have to get something, you go up, we will meet again tonight!" Twinkle said as she said goodbye and went to Anthony.

"Hi! Let's eat now, if you wish, twinkle?" Asked Anthony politely.

"Sure!" Twinkle replied.

They then ate breakfast and went back to their rooms.

At night... Alan prepared a candle light dinner for Twinkle. And Anthony, simple made a cake for her with love, since he was not sure if they were close enough to have candle light dinners. Twinkle wore a peach colored gown with diamonds. As it is she was the daughter of a multi- billionaire. She went down and had her dinner with Alan. She then rushed up and went into Anthony's room.

"Wow! You are looking more beautiful today!" Said Anthony.

"Thank you!" Replied twinkle while blushing.

"Here I made this cake for you, I'm not a professional baker, but I made it with love..." said Anthony.

"Thank you!" Said twinkle. She took a bite. "Yum! It's delicious!" She said as she ate more.
