Chapter three- Definition of annoying

I was still sitting in his car, outside my house. I was just waiting for my mom to open the door or at least see me getting out of his house. This is payback mother. 

Aaron beside me taps on the wheel, "So when exactly are you planning to get out of my car?"

I tilt my head towards him, "Five more minutes!"

He keeps tapping his fingers against the wheel, "Thats what you said ten minutes ago...get out"

I clench my lips, "Okay okay, just...here i go...I'm getting out of the car..."

I just had to wait till my mom flips the curtain open or something. I was slowly unbuckling my seat belt while his tapping became more louder and annoying. 

He stops tapping, "Really, you're taking the time of your life to unbuckle?"

I slowly finally unbuckle and glare at him, "I'm sorry, I'm just waiting for, never mind there she is! Bye, thank you so much for the ride!"

He leans closer, "Don't I get a kiss?"

I glare at him while opening the door, "In your dreams kid"

I turn around and wave at him while he is driving away. I turn around and face my mom, crossing her arms.

She glares at me, "Didn't I tell you to stay away from him?"

I bite my tongue from saying anything reckless, "What? I coudln't change partners!"

I was dripping with lies, she keeps on glaring at me, "And he drove you home?"

I nod slowly, "Well, of course...I couldn't walk home in the dark, mother!"

She points her finger at me, "Watch your tone!"

I roll my eyes, "Oh not this again"

I walk past her, and walk into the house. I see Henry waiting at the top of the stairs, shaking his head in disapproval at me. 

I look up at him, "What?!"

My mom passes me and into the kitchen, "You're grounded for tomorrow for using that tone on me!"

I raise my hands up, trying to exaggerate, "Are you kidding me? Why can't you just ground me for the reset of my life?"

I ignore what she was about to say next and run up the stairs. I knew she was going to ground me, I just wanted to exaggerate in front of her and finally say something back at her.

I walk towards my room and Henry follows me, "What do you want kid? Clearly you can see I am in a bad mood"

I go into my room and Henry also comes in, "What are you trying to do?"

I sit up on my bed, "What do you mean?"

He closes the door to my room and sits on the bed with me, "You shouldn't be lying to her"

i roll my eyes and sit up, "Oh and you're not?"

He shrugs, "She knows I visit Emma!"

I sigh, "Of course she does, she knows everything..."

He smiles, "Like I said, she is the evil queen!"

I bite me cheek, "Which makes me evil too!"

He shakes his head, "No, hey...you shouldn't be hanging out with Aaron..."

I raise my hands up, "Are you kidding me Henry? You too?!"

He bites his lower lip, "Well he is-"

"-yea i know, a player, whatever. I am not interested in that kid, why do you guys think whenever I am hanging around with a guy, you immediately think I am dating or he is a player whatever?!"

He shakes his head, "No i meant how he is-"

I interrupt him, "Get out, I am going to bed"

Henry gets out of the room, "Fine, be like that. You don't even know how mom is trying to protect you and you're just pushing her away. She tried apologizing so many times Izzy! Give her a break!"

He leaves the room, slamming the door. Trying to sleep after he said that was very hard.
