Darkness surrounds you covering your body and mind in a thick veil of despair, hopelessness and most of all, fear. Fear that you will never achieve the goals your once hopeful self set, fear that you will never live up to what everyone expects of you..., fear that you will be disregarded from those who are meant to protect you because you're different.
This overwhelming fear has grown incomprehensible, so much so that you feel that nothing is worth it anymore, not if you'll only ever feel this dreaded emotion for the rest of your days. And just as you were ready to let the darkness consume whatever was left of your shattered spirit, a light, thin as it maybe, shines upon you.
And as you awake, you realize that letting the darkness consume your very being wasn't an option anymore. For you see, your soul already belongs to someone, someone whose touch will calm you through the roughest storms, whose voice will soothe you at your breaking point. Someone whose love inspires you to live, to try and achieve yout dreams, to try and accept that yes you may not live up to every expectation asked of you, but you can live up to your own. She inspire you that love, hope and light are things you find and find you, they aren't earned. Things like that are just waiting to arise, just like a new daylight.
