I wanted something new.
Little did I know,
It wasn't me, it was you.
He loved you,
Never me.
I was just a rebound,
Can't you see?
Just like his heart,
You broke him.
He didn't know what to do.
He was so grim.
He tried so hard,
To just move on.
But it was too late
And you were gone.
What you did,
He did to me.
I was stupid,
But now I see.
It was always you,
Never me.
