Engagment Party

My POV:

"Hermione! Severus! I just received a letter from my parents!" I called walking into the Libary Archives room that was soundproof "Well what does it say?" Hermiony asked eagerly "It's congratulating me and Severus on our engagement and their inviting the whole family down to celebrate in March. They also say that we can bring anyone else that knows." I replied "Well that means Professor Dumbledore" Hermione stated "Not forgetting Harry Ron Ginny and the twins" I added "What about your family Professor?" Hermione asked Severus "My family... Well they all died when I was young so I don't have any family except you and Angel" he replied "Severus you never told me that!" I said startled "That's because I didn't want you to feel sorry for me plus I have you two" he replied nodding in our direction.

*March at the Granger household*

"Mum! Dad! We're home!" Hermione called "We're in the dining room" I heard dad yell "Angelica! Hermione! So good to see you!" our mum cried once we were stood in the door way "So where is he?" our dad asked once I hugged our mum "He's bringing the bags in from the car" I replied before giving him a hug. As if on cue Severus walked in the front door "Honey put the bags down by the stairs, we'll take them up in a bit first off I want you to meet our parents" I said as I bounded up to him. After introductions were completed "I showed Severus to his room. As he was unpacking I went downstairs and spoke to our parents "Mum why couldn't I have shared a room with Severus?" I asked "Because Angelica your too young to be doing the birds and the bees" she replied "Mum were getting married that's what married people do" I replied "I thought you liked sharing a room with your sister?" Dad asked looking up from his newspaper "I do dad in fact I love sharing a room with Hermione but can I for at least one night share a room with my fiancé?" I asked "Fine. You can share a room with Severus for ONE night that'll be the night after the family have all gone home. Understood?" My dad asked. I looked at my mum and she just nodded "Thank you! Thank you!" I replied as I ran up to them and hugged them both. I ran back upstairs and knocked on Severus' bedroom door "Angel?" he questioned "I just came up to tell you that we are going to spend our last night here in this house together" I whispered before going down the hall to mine and Hermione's room.

*Engagement party*

Severus' POV:

I was stood with Angelica smiling politely to one of her aunts whilst she repeated how we met and everything right up until now. This was the 4th group of family members that we had spoken to since they arrived."Severus are you ok?" she asked looking at me worriedly "How many more groups do we have to go through?" I asked only so that she could hear "Just two" she replied "Good" I replied slightly more relaxed"We can sneek out into the back garden then, Hermione and I have a tree house in the tree at the bottom of the garden" she suggested "Sounds like a plan" I replied. Once we were inside the tree house I noticed it had a bed settee inside. "Severus help me pull out the bed. Its a double." she stated. Once the bed was out she went to a cupboard and pulled out some blankets and put them on the bed. "Its for if we get cold" she explained"I take it, it gets cold out here then?" I asked "Very" she replied patting the empty space beside her. Climbing in I felt the automatic temperature change. We stayed out in the tree house for about half an hour just talking then we decided that we wanted to go back inside because we were hungry.
