MERRY CHRISTMAS! I would like to make it a 'Christmas Special' and as a apology letter for all the late updates,so this chapter would be longer than usual! Now I shall begin the chapter.

Kukai browsed through the shops,hardly paying attention to the objects displayed.His mind was still worried about Amu and the things that Ikuto could notice.

"If only she hadn't hidden her identity in the first place.The challengers would continue increasing if she stayed that way," Kukai muttered to himself.

Amu didn't tell him her reason behind it.He felt guilty enough hiding it from his friend.His brows knitted together as he continued thinking about it.The following day,he reached the school only to wait for Amu.

"Aina!" he called out.

"Yes?" she walked over to him,confused about the face he showed her.

"I will get straight to the point.Why are you hiding your real self?" Kukai ignored her obvious discomfort and still tried to pursue for the answer.

"Follow me," Amu pulled Kukai further away from the classroom."I told you,I won't answer that question."

"Tell me!It's hard to keep it a secret you know.About your hair,name and personality.You could get caught with Ikuto!" Kukai stubbornly continued."Keeping it a secret would be hard even if you want to live a double identity life,it won't last long.Someone would find out."

"If I be careful I should be fine," Amu rejected,despite knowing the truth behind his words.

"What double identity?" a figure appearing in front of them.

"Nagihiko!What are you doing here?" Amu questioned,ignoring his comment.

"I was running away from the usual girls and heard loud chattering.If you want to have a couples fight,feel free to continue it elsewhere.Also,what double identity are you talking about?" he brought his question back up.

"I don't know what double identity you are talking about," Amu tried to feign innocence.

"Really?Are you really sure about that?" He countered,looking at Amu in the eye.

Amu turned to Kukai desperately,trying to ask him for help.

"Its like this,the double identity is this-" Kukai pulled off the wig and glasses before pushing Amu back to Nagihiko."Understand now?"

"Kukai!You were not supposed to tell anyone," Amu shouted and snatched her items back.

She was about to put them back on before another voice interrupted them.

"Who is it now," Amu could barely conceal the annoyance in her voice.

"Aina? Are you here? I heard your voice-" Rima stared at the girl before her.

Gold orbs and bright pink hair.She stared at the hair and turned to face the two boys around her.

"Is Aina here?I heard her voice," Rima continued,not wanting to disturb the situation.

"No she isn't.Didn't she leave a few minutes ago," Amu quickly continued and glanced towards Kukai.

He returned her glance and said,"Thats true!Maybe she is in class."

Rima gave doubtful looks towards them and left."Ok.Thanks."

The three of them watched Rima walk away.Each of them unsure if they believed their excuse.

"Should we go back to class? She is looking for you Amu."

"I guess so.Nagihiko,promise me you won't tell anyone," Amu extended her pinkie finger towards him."If you break the promise,you will have to swallow a thousand needles."

"Yes,yes.Before that,is your name Amu or Aina?"

"With my wig,I am Aina.Without it I am Amu," she responded,putting on her wig and rushing to the classroom.

"I wonder how long she can keep this up?" Nagihiko murmured.

"Not for a while longer.The Sports Festival and Cultural Festival is coming soon," Kukai answered."Wigs can be blown off easily and her class might want her to wear another wig.She has also met someone in her original form as someone else entirely,so I wonder how she would counter it.I feel bad for her but I don't think it's good to continue lying like this."

"That's true.As much as I want to keep her secret,I think it's bad to continue this way.Just like how someone has been hiding behind the pillar all this time.Please come out," Nagihiko's tone menacingly low.

The figure slowly appeared in front of them.As they studied his features.His extremely rare green eyes covered by the lences of his spectacles and the hair similar to his eyes.

"It's not good to eavesdrop," both Kukai and Nagihiko had seemed giant in his view.

"I didn't mean to.I only simply wanted to walk around there was a conversation going on.If I left I would have been noticed and that is a situation I would like to avoid," he pushed the rim of glasses up with Musashi nodding behind him.

"About which part of the conversation did you overhear?"

"The part with her removing her wig and glasses."

"Listen here,if you tell a single soul about this...It won't be good for her.Although if it happens accidently,it should be fine," Kukai said,his hands showing thumbs up.

"We have to tell Amu about this later.For now,we need to return to class!Homeroom is starting!"

Amu reached her class,her eyes looking around for Rima.

"Aina!Where have you been?I have been looking for you," Rima pouted as she stared at Amu.

"Sorry..sorry.I had some business to do."

"Really?" Rima gave a look in Amu's direction as Amu tried to apologise.

"I found a girl with pink hair just now.Guess all sorts or people exist."

"Guess so," Amu could only let out an awkward laugh,as she was almost caught by Rima."Why were you looking for me though?"

"For the Sports Festival.They were going to discuss it but you and Ikuto was gone so they decided to do it between a certain class when everyone is around.So,I won't let you skip any lesson today!" Rima gripped Amu's arm as if to emphasize her point.

"Don't worry,I won't skip any lessons today."

"I will still keep a hold of you!" Rima stubbornly persisted.

Classes passed by in a flash,Amu's mind was filled with the conversation she had with Kukai and Nagihiko.

"Aina!Let's go,its lunch break."

"I wonder when they are going to have the discussion.Doesn't seem like it's going to happen any time soon," Amu complained,having to sit in class.

Rima ignored the question and quickly went to find a seat."I will sit down first."

"Amu!We need to talk to you!" Kukai rushed towards Amu with Nagihiko dragging Kairi.

She followed them,only to find Kairi staring at her."I have a bad feeling on how this is going to turn out."

"Yes...He heard the entire conversation.Your secret is slowly getting leaked.I won't be surprised if someone comes here and you know them.And they hear the entire conversation again.Amu,give up already."

"Kairi,just promise me you won't tell anyone.If you promise me that you should be fine," Amu ignored the comment as she heard her charas whispering a few words."If someone else finds out,I will blame it on you three."
