Writing About Writing

I am here as a miserable, amateur with high-goals and high standards. I learnt my problem is that I am too afraid of anything less than perfect and hence I end up doing nothing.

I do want to be a good writer, I am envious when I see some people pouring their heart out for others to read. But I am also afraid when I write, i will be exposing myself. My thoughts. Thats why I chose academics over creative writing. I guess.

However, I write nothing now a days.
