Chapter 26: Louis' Discovery

'I really hope my sister didn't commit a murder......I know she's not like that. But how can I prove them wrong? I mean who was it and why? Forget that, if she actually did murder someone she could spend the rest of her life in prison. This can't be happening'.

Louis paced back and forth in his room before deciding to leave.

'I'm going to drive myself crazy thinking about this. I had better go for a walk to clear my head. Before I do that I'm going to her room, I can't stand the thought of being away from her, I'm going to go and get her favorite hat and wear around so I have part of her with me'.

He made his way into my room, looking for my NYC baseball hat. He mumbled to himself while searching my side table drawers.

'I know it's her somewhere. Ah ha, here it is'.

As he pulled it out he noticed something fall out onto the floor. He bent down, picked it up and tossed it back into the drawer. Pausing when he read the label. Grabbing it, he stormed out of the room.

Almost busting down Paul's door he made the guys and now Vicky all jump in surprise.

"My sister is an alcoholic?!" he yelled at Vicky waving my pills in her face.

She stared at him in surprise. While Zayn & Liam looked as if they didn't believe him.

"Louis, this is what we wanted to tell you on the bus that night, but Jenn just wasn't ready yet. She really wanted to tell you, but it was her choice to wait, it wasn't my time or place to try and convince her to tell you".

"How long has she been taking these for?!".

"The past 4 years.........".

"Jesus christ!!!!!!".

"Louis it's alright calm down, don't yell at Vicky it's not her fault" Harry soothed.

Harry was now rubbing Vicky's back to comfort her.

He shoved his hand away. Then looked at both him & Niall suspiciously.

"You guys aren't even the slightest upset? Did you guys know?!".

"Yes............" Niall let his voice trail off.

"This is unbelievable!!!!!! Why didn't you guys tell me?!" he roared.

"That's not something that's up to us to tell you lad".

Louis turned to leave.

"Wait Lou" said Harry.

"No, I need some time by myself to think. I'm going for a walk".

"Marco needs to be with you, you know that" said Niall.

Louis turned around to face them.

"No I'm not going to find him and I trust that you won't say anything to him or Paul of my whereabouts seeing as how you can't tell me things that are important".

"Louis don't be stupid" Harry blurted out by compete accident.

"I wouldn't have to if I had friends that told me things".

With that he just left, slamming the door on the way out. Silence filled the room for the next 5 minutes. The silence was broken by the sound of tears falling down Vicky's face.

Zayn moved closer to her and pulled her into a hug.

"It's not your fault. You did the right thing. Louis just needs to calm down and he'll apologize to you. He just cares a lot about his sister, worries about her, you know?".

Vicky nodded her head. Zayn squeezed her tighter before letting her go.

"We need to forget about that now. We have to find a way to prove the cops wrong and get Jenn released" said Liam.

Everyone nodded and agreed.
