My life is one big joke, and I'm nothing but worthless in this world. No one needs me, no one wants me and most certainly no one loves me. I want to be left alone, but not forgotten. I'm not a doll for the world to play with, I'm different.
Well, here's my life. My name is Alyssa, Alyssa Rose Martinez, and apparently, no one loves me, not even me. I suffer only a few issues, Schizophrenia, Depression, Anxiety and Bulimia, but they're all minor. Currently, I'm fifteen years old and currently attend a Senior High. As for my parents, they're no longer with us. I lost my mom around three years ago to a drug overdose, and my dad was shot down at the spot for attempted murder, and sadly was successful. I'm an only child, and so were both of my parents, so I don't necessarily have anyone else to fall back on. Don't get me wrong, I miss the a lot, but my dad was a total jerk, and at certain times, my mom was too.
I remember so vividly, around five years ago, my mom and dad came back from a club close to two-thirty in the morning. As they stepped foot in the house, the stench of alcohol and pot lingered, a combination I learned was bad in the D.A.R.E program in grade school. My mom went to the kitchen to get dinner, and my dad was out in the garage. A while later, my parents called me down, but were nowhere to be found. I called back for her, and my dad too, but they didn't seem to respond. I yelled for them, but mid-scream had a bandanna around my mouth, muffling the noise. I was tied to a chair, arms down and legs tied. I watched my dad, as his eyes littered with alcohol, and the gleam that was once there was gone. He went to the fridge and grabbed out chopped raw chicken and a couple of eggs. He managed to get the blender without tripping or cutting himself, while I was still screaming. My mom, while my father created the concoction, grabbed a kitchen knife, and dragged it across my skin, my blood getting everywhere. "Stop squirming you worthless nobody," she whispered to me, "I can't wait until you die." the smirk on her face rose as she said that, leaving my eyes filling with tears.
My dad pulled out a cup from the cabinet, pouring his 'masterpiece' (as he called it) into the glass. My forced it down my throat, as I gagged repeatedly, but they didn't seem to care. My mom watched in pleasure as I trembled in fear, yet the corner of their lips rose up like a roller coaster. It was absolute hell I tell you, and that, like the Battle of Saratoga was a turning point in my life.
High school, hell, my living nightmare. It's horrible, if you can't already tell. I love the classes since they're my get away point, and I get decent grades, despite the absence of my common sense. I'm always taking what you would call a 'sick day', but what can I say? I'm different. I'm what everyone calls 'the victim,' and that's what everyone knows me as around here; it's because I'm bullied, bullied by nine of the biggest tools in the school. I like to categorize them into three different groups, callers, chasers and beaters. The 'beaters', whose names are Cameron Dallas, Taylor Caniff, Jack Gilinsky, and Shawn Mendes, throw punches at me, kick me, and beat the daylights out of me, quite literally. They're the reason why I'm physically hurt, and it sucks.
The 'chasers', named Aaron Carpenter, Nash Grier, and Matthew Espinosa are the ones who chase me down the school, track where I am, and hold me down so I can't move during my beatings. Although they don't physically hurt me (all that much), they caused me to have PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), and they make me feel nothing.
The 'callers' of the group, Jack Johnson and Carter Reynolds, are the people who have a =n everlasting effect on me. They're the ones who call me fat, worthless, nothing. A slut, and attention whore, someone who means nothing to this world. They tell me to kill myself, and believe me I've tried.
I also remember the first day they started bullying me, it was the first day of the last year of Junior High. The thing that I don't understand is, we were all so close to each other, going over to one another's house when we were bored, playing around and doing whatever we felt like doing. It;s funny, I used to have this huge crush on Taylor, but at the same time, liked Cameron. I don't know, things were really confusing for me. I hadn't told anyone, except for Aaron, since we were the closest, but he only knew about my huge crush. Aaron was my best friend, I loved him to death, and really, he was a brother to me. Everything Aaron and I talked about, he would write down so when we were older, we could look back on what we were and who we used to be. His mom, Becky, was practically my mom, and she was there through everything.
How the guys found out about my crushing dilemma, hell it's a horrible thing. Taylor, Aaron and Cam were all hanging out one day, making those stupid vines that got them famous, and Taylor found our notebook. He thought it was Aaron's biology notes, so he took it home with him. After, hell he read the whole damn thing, he showed all of the guys, and I was mortally embarrassed, and from that day on was bullied.
