Jhin x Jinx [pt.1]

Jhin's P.O.V:

~back in the old days~

"Shen! Zed! Let's play outside!" I shouted from outside of the building. They were always into battling each other to be Master's favourite student but... I never even bothered. Knowing that they'd always be somehow better than me no matter how hard I tried. No matter how much effort I put in.

They'd always beat me. "Should we?" Shen looked at Zed and Zed's eyes stared right into my soul. And he chuckled. "Sure. Let's go!" He jumped out from the building with Shen and we both ran into the field to play. We started to wander around the place afterwards and when we were playing hide and seek in the temple, I saw Zed doing something.

"Zed! What are you doing in there?!" I whispered as he was about to touch some box with a dark aura. "I don't think we're supposed to be in here Zed... let's go." Zed looked at me as if he were sorry and then... it happened.

"NO ZED! STOP! COME BACK!" I shouted as I ran in to grab his hand, I was then suppressed and I fell to the ground as the gravity became really hard to oppose. I watched as his aura turned black and his body and mind looked like he was filled with rage and anger. "Z-Zed?" I asked. His body looked dangerous but he fell down on his knees.

"J-Jhin... D-Don't tell Master... I-I touched t-the box." Zed said as he fainted in my arms. "ZED!" I shouted as I hugged him tightly, not knowing what I should do.

Shen's P.O.V:

I heard Jhin's voice from the temple. "You can't escape now Jhin~" I said as I ran towards the temple. Then... what I saw... it frightened me. I looked inside the temple room that was where the 'box' was situated.

I peeked in and I saw Zed possessed by this dark spirit and I saw Jhin running inside as if he wanted the power as well. I need to warn master about their actions now. I thought this was a game. But are they teaming up without me... to overpower father?

"FATHER!" I shouted into the castle. He was in a meeting and when I appeared, he gave me this unpleasant look. Right. He always favourited Zed even though I was his son... I always thought he treated Zed more like a son then he treated me.

"What do you want Shen?"

"I-It's Zed and Jhin. T-They touched the b-box!" I said with all my might.

Father gave me this anger look. "WHAT DID YOU DO SHEN?!" He shouted at me and slapped me right across the face. He stomped out of the room and ran towards the dark room where Zed looked possessed.

I peeked through the temple again, seeing Father hold Jhin and Zed in his arms while they passed out. He stroked Zed's hair and hugged them both in his arms. I didn't know whether this was an illusion or not... but... what I saw broke my heart and tore me into shreds... I saw... Father crying for the first time... crying because Zed and Jhin were unconscious...

I felt this jealousy in me... I was angry and sad. Why wouldn't Father ever cry for me? Why wouldn't he ever bother looking into my eye when I spoke to him. Why would he never treat me like someone he loved... Why... did he treat me differently?

Was I the only one who had to live such a difficult life? Was I the one who had to suffer... well... it's time for revenge...
