The Mansion (A Dark MLP Fanfic)

Chapter 1: The Invitation

It was a dark and cold night since winter was coming. Rarity was sewing some dresses, Pinkie was baking cupcakes, Rainbow was at her home, Fluttershy was spending time with her animals, AJ was eating some apples with her sister and Twilight was reading some books.

Everything changed when each one of them got a letter on their front door, inviting them to come to a mansion. It was supposed to be a sleepover.

It was supposed to be a fun and harmless sleepover.

Atleast that's what they thought. The letters were identical. The only difference they had were at the end of the letter. On rarity's letter it said it was from AJ, on Pinkie's letter it said it was from Rainbow and so on.

Twilight left immediately telling Spike to take care while she's gone. As Twilight left, so did the others... except Pinkie. She felt confused. "Why would Dashie want to make a sleepover? I was usually the one who makes sleepovers," she asked herself still puzzled.

Eventually, she left Sugarcube Corner and headed to the mansion, thinking of what her Dashie had in plan. She skipped to the mansion, happily. "Maybe Dashie likes me? Maybe she has a suprise for me?" She asked herself, imagining what they both were gonna do there.

Not long later, she arrived at the mansion. It wasn't much like she expected it to be. She thought that Rainbow was just over exaggerating when she said it was a mansion but she was wrong. The mansion was huge and it seemed pretty dark and old. The building had some cracks on it and some vines all over it.

"Ohhhhhh, spooky!" she said to herself before entering the building ready to see her Dashie. She knocked on the door and burst in only to find all her friends there. She was a little disappointed. She thought it was just gonna be her and her Dashie, but she was even more disappointed when she realised her friends were arguing for some unknown reason. They all stopped and stared at Pinkie.

"What's wrong?" Pinkie asked. "Pinkie, did ya do this?" AJ asked. "Did what?" Pinkie answered. "C'mon Pinkie, you don't need to play dumb we know you did this," Rainbow sighed. Pinkie was puzzled. "Did you prank us by sending us those letters," Twilight asked looking a little sleepy. Everypony explained everything to Pinkie, only to find out Pinkie didn't prank them.

"T...Then who did?"Fluttershy asked, fear overcoming her. A few lights suddenly flickered open but it was still dark. A figure suddenly emerged into the light. "I did," the figure said with a familiar voice. Everybody stared at her.
