When she woke up, she was very confused. All around her were shadows. She tried to remember who she was, where she came from, her sister. Wait, sister? Where had that come from? Wherever she was, she oddly felt calm, unpanicked even.

As she looked down, her eyebrows furrowed, she noticed some. Something very important. She herself was a shadow. She looked up in surprise, her eyes meeting bright blue eyed girl, the shadows seemed to be protecting her. As though they knew something she didn't.

'Granted' she thought 'that's not very much at the moment.'

"Molly?" The girl asked, clearly in suprise. She recognized the name, but couldn't remember if it was her own. Molly? She shock her head, desperately trying to collect her thoughts.

"Where am I..."  she asked hesitantly asked. The blue eyed girl looked sad for a moment, just a moment though before she hid it away.

"You don't remember... do you?" The blue eyed girl asked stepping in front of the shadows. Once she was in the light (or what little light there was wherever she was exactly). She could she the blue eyed girl more clearly. She had black hair, blue eyes, was very pale, but what stuck out most was a mark from where her sleeve had fallen. It was in the black shape of a shadow but where its eyes were, were surprisingly blue. She had an odd feeling she'd seen it before.

Noticing the girl was lokking expectingly at her she answered.

"Um... not much."

The girl looked disappointed, but quickly masked it.

"You are welcome to stay here. With us."

"Where is here exactly?"

"Oh forgive my manners. I am Antika, Queen of The Shadows. And you are in our Kingdom. The Kingdom of Chayya Chayya, our home."

It was clear the girl or uh 'Queen of The Shadows' toke pride in her Kingdom. 'Not that I could blame her' she thought looking at the Kingdom. It was beautiful. There was a magnificent stream going straight though the middle as far as she could see. On the left were amazing houses that could've easily fit a family of five. The right was full of what appeared to be food.

'Did shadows even need to eat and sleep?' She had no idea. Deciding to be polite she asked a different question instead, deciding to come back to those later.

"How long did it take to achieve this?"
She asked instead.

"Ten years." The Queen answered with a far away look in her eyes as if thinking of how it happened.
