Season 1 Chapter 3

Elizabeth POV

After I got a call from my grandparents who told me to come to their as quick as possible, GD lent me his car and that's how i took the way to their house. In midway, I stopped by a coffee shop where I bought 3 black coffee with some donuts for them. Afterwards back to car.

When I entered in with my sac of food to see no one. Confused, I yelled for them "jobumo" "jobu". After a few seconds, they both arrived smilingly. Immediately I hugged them both and told them how much I missed them and all. Finally after the huggey dovey scene, the two settled down while I went to fetch a plate for the food. Afterwards I brought them into the living room where jobumo and jobu were waiting for me. When I sat down I could tell that they were hiding something from me. Clearing my voice, I asked them why they called me here. Jobu signed deeply before taking my tiny hands and said quietly "Elizabeth as you know, you are now a young woman who soon is going to get married soon and settle down too. Well yesterday your mom called us and she told us to tell you that tonight you will need to go to 'Great Divine' Restaurant. You dad and her will join you there."

"Oky but why??" I questioned her. Then jobumo replied "because they planned an arranged marriage for you..."

My world stopped right there. ARRANGED MARRIAGE!!!!??? WHAT!?!?! I didn't know about this!!! Where does this come from now??!? I travelled so much from England just to get the info that Amma and Appa are planning an arranged marriage for me?!! I was about to argue but Jobu stopped me and said 'argue with your parents later but now go and get ready!!' I whined like a little a child and went to get changed into my room. Yup whether my parents were abroad I would spend my days here but when I moved into England, it was vacant. In a hurry, I went to take a shower while listening to music...

When I finished, I wrapped a towel and tried my hair and then applied lightly my makeup. Just before I got into dressing up, I quickly phoned Taeyang and told that I wouldn't be able to spend the day with them since I need to go somewhere. He said okay and just when he was about to say something else about a plan or something like that, the call got disconnected. Shit..nevermind

After all my requirements, I got dressed into my outfit for the night (above) and tagged my phone and keys in my bag before leaving for the night of my life.

After 15 min of driving, I finally arrived there to see my parent's car at the parking. Oh well..after 3 whole months, I would be able to see my parents. You see my parents are businessmen throughout the world while I'm a fashion designer in England so we barely get to see each other.

Within a few seconds, I was already at the table where my parents welcomed me warmly since our last meet. After settling down, we 3 started catching up on life when I then said "Eomma how could you plan my marriage like that??". My mom signed and said sadly "but sweetie you don't have any boyfriend and it's grand time for you to get married now." Just when I were about to argue back, both my parents stood up and bowed and that's also when I felt someone else bowing down. Oh the boy's family arrived!!

I also stood up to bow. After greeting each other, they say down so did we but then I realized that they boy wasn't here. As if reading my mind, my mom asked the lady who looked around her late 40's. She replied that he should be surely on his way here when just then, the boy arrived panting heavily.

Seeing him, I immediately stood up and stared at him in shock so did he too. "Mapsosa not him!!" I stuttered quietly.
