Burn

Explanation

   My uncle Todd sat down and turned off the tv and vary  seriously said  "This book starting on fire, did anyone have a match or did  it truly come out of  no where." We both replied looking concerned. "It happened randomly. Their was no flame around." "We have to talk. Their is something different about our family them most. We have a gene that only a handful of other family's family's have. One of you two are a witch. Their is a secret island that is hidden from everyone who is not. It is right by  Brazil. I am also a witch, because this isn't a common thing, you only have certain you powers. We call them gifts. Most people only have one. But every once in a while, someone has two. So was roses mom and dad. You mom had the gift of water. You dad had the gift of light. So there is a good chance that its you. But Macy I am a witch but your mom is not. So I need to ask you both a question. And you both have to answer honestly. Before it happened I need to knowwhat were you thinking about." Macy replies with a smile saying " I thought about how great it was for me to be so smart. How I had the best come back. And that my day was great."  I was vary hesitant to say what I was thinking but I did tell them. " I was wishing your hair would start on fire. I was so embarrassed and you made sure I was." My uncle Todd then figured out why the flames started. " Rose I do believe your the witch. And Macy your grounded for doing that to her. We need to call  warlocks school, and find you a teacher. Their is one picked out for you we just have to say that you found your power."  What do you me a thief is already one picked out for me?" " Their is a book of  destiny's. It says the who will be a witch and who will not.  If you are a witch it has your teacher. When you find your power it will send that teacher to you, when you call the school.  you will learn from him or her,  how to take care of your power. How to control it. And how to  help prevent from hurting people with it." Macy was so mad about it,  that it wasn't her. Her Todd called that school and they sent the witch. She randomly appeared out of nowhere, with a cloud of smoke behind her. When she  arrived she seems kind of stern but nice just very serious in general. She her name was Cadea. "You must be, rose. My name is Cadea.   It sounds like kade-a. Say my name right or don't say it at all. I will teach you lessons. I will help you. You better listen because I'm the best and only teach the best." 

After further  explaining to me about the whole thing. She continued to teach me how to use my powers properly. I am not the best but we worked for 8 hours it was  about 12 in the morning when she finally left.  I  I figured out how to do much for it just not everything that goes with it. Like if I think I want a flame there it will appear if I do certain things. I can shift flames with my hands and it can come out of them too but it's only my mind my hands. I am pretty sure I only have the one gift,   So I guess I don't have to practice others she said we will work on other things too. I was so scared to go back to school. What if people found out. They would think I'm some sort of freak. What if I get mad again and hurt someone who loves me...or who I love.
