How ever there is a reason he has a uniform. It relates to what we learned.
Now, story time of what I saw in a movie during Geography

So in Africa, there was a genocide of the Tutsi. There was an American woman who was a news reporter there to cover a story. When she heard that the Hutu were killing Tutsi people, she decided to help and save Tutsi children. She was able to save 25 children, however, when she went to save more, the Hutu soldiers were already there, killing children. The soldiers captured her and made her watch all the children die. The one that tore her heart was a 7-9 year old girl protecting the body of her little sister. The girl was reaching for her and crying that she never wanted to be a Tutsi.
Since the woman wasn't a Tutsi or African, she was left free. Out of 80 Tutsi children, she was only able to save 25.
In 3 months, 8 thousand Tutsis died in the hands of Hutu people.
