I look around as I see fire. I don't know where I am. I look at my boots covered in mud. My gun only has a few bullets left. My knife is gone from my holster probably lost it in the fight with them. We lost. I look around for my pregnant wife. I walk into what was left of our house. My wife was on the floor a bullet hole in her head. I teared up wondering what monster did this. I leave my house as not of the building collapse and catch on fire. I walk out of the gates too see dead people a lot of them our people their people walkers. "Your wife begged me not to kill her.. but I did it anyway." I hear someone say. I turn around to a man with a loaded gun pointed at me. "You don't have to do this.." I tell him. I see a girl behind him with brown hair and a bow. She launched a arrow through his head. "Come on" she says. We climb up a hill and look around. She was about 17. "My name is Caroline" she tell me. "Well Caroline my name is Steven." I tell her. "You killed us.." I hear a lady say. It was the leader of the person that went to war with us. I guess we both lost? She runs over and tackles Caroline sending her off the cliff. She grabs on to a root on the cliff. I punch her. I see a knife on the ground I grab it stabbing her in the shoulder. She screams kicking me. "Jenny you don't have to kill us.. just walk away." I tell her. "You helped kill my people we just wanted your community" Jenny tells me. "STEVEN I'M SLIPPING" Caroline screams. Jenny tackles me were both on the ground her on top of me. She has a knife to my throat. I kick her off and shove her off the cliff. I reach down and grab Carolines hand. I pull her up. "Good job handling her solo." She says laughing. "Is that my nickname or something?" I ask. "Yup" she tells me. We both walk into the woods. Not knowing where to go.

We reach hilltop where the doctor has a look at Mary. Maggie is their I tell her Negan escaped. She is shocked but not shocked enough. "Mary will be fine." The doc says.
Stevens pov
"Caroline where do we go" I ask her. "Keep heading north." She says. She pulls her bow out and shoots a walker. In the distance I see a place with log walls?
