Chapter 7

then the man ran out of the room.
Scott prov
Derek just ran out of the room, and the confused look on Katie's face is getting me to go and ask him, so I walk out after him.
"Derek, what the hell, why did you walk out of the room like that"I whisper shouted anger and worry filled my voice.
Derek also whisper shouted" she said Peter, that's my uncle, that got burnt in house fire, the same house that was filled with children screaming as the fire burnt them."
He looked as if he was about to cry, but then I realised how does Katie know about the house and Derek's uncle. That's when Lydia Martin walked past us and into Katie's hospital room.
Katie's p.o.v
Scott got up and walked out following the muscular man, I sighed at how quiet the room became when suddenly a high pitched sound filled my ears and I could hear Scott talking out side my room the door was shut so I should not be able to hear them, about 2 minutes into Scott's conversation the door swung open reviling no one other than my bestie Lydia Martin, she ran and gave me a tight squeeze I had to tell her I couldn't breath so she would let go.
"Lydia,...I...can't...breath" I said as Loud as I could she let go and I gasped breathing in the oxygen my lungs craved.
"Sorry"she said
I then said "can you hear my brother Scott, talking out there"I said
We were quiet a minute,I could here them talking clearly, she was standing by the door, she shook her head to signal a no answer, which confused me deeply.
After about twenty minutes of Lydia speaking about school her and Jackson(her boyfriend)I personally think she is going out with him to stay popular, because he is the captain of the lacrosse team, but still he is my friend, and very nice to me, Lydia then left.
My mum walked in she looked a little disappointed, but so happy to see me and that I am alright.
"Katie"she said hugging me tightly, she sound like she was about to cry.
"I am so happy, your okay"she said with tears running down her face
"Mom, I haven't been gone that long"I said as she squeezed me tight,matter I said that she let go and backed away a little.
She said"what do you mean, you have been missing for 4 days and been asleep in hospital for a day"she said with a light smile, but you could tell she wanted to ask me how I got in the middle of the forest and why I didn't come home, the answer would be easy, but I didn't want to get Scott and stiles in any trouble so I would have to lie.
"Katie, honey, you can go home today, I bought you some clothes they are in the bag on the chair."she said sweetly
I said"mum can I go have a shower first"
"Yea of course you can sweetheart, I will be back in 15mins" she said
She then left the room, I could still hear my brother talking, so I got up from my bed slowly because I was aching so much, I walked to the bathroom, got undressed and straight into the shower. The water was hot and steamy, I opened my eyes and in the window was two red eyes, I screamed and jumped out the shower I put a towel round me and my brother and mother ran in.
Scott prov
Derek left about 5 minutes ago, I was sitting in the waiting room for my sister when I heard this scream, it echoed through the hospital, and it was coming for Katie's room so I ran in, my mom ran in behind me, she clearly heard it, I ran to the bathroom only to find Katie curled up in a ball on the floor, with a towel around her, crying and sobbing , I rush over to her my mom behind me.
"What's wrong" I whispered
She said"the window"
I looked at the window, there were two bright red eyes glaring through the window, me and my mom helped her up, she looked terrified, I immediately ran out of the room to call Derek, he had been looking the the alpha and I am pretty sure that was him.
"Hello"he said
I said"the alpha is at the hospital"
"What!"he shouted through the phone
I said"yea the alpha is here, well out Side looking through the window, my sister saw him, she looks terrified"
He said"Scott you have to tell her before she finds out on her own, and scares herself to death, and I'm on my way"
"Ok bye"I said
Jades prov
I just heard Scott's phone call, and I am beyond shocked, Scott walks in and sits on the bed next to me.
"Scott"I whisper from my shocked state
"Yea"he whispered back
"What's an alpha"I said
His face dropped
"How do you-"he said but I quickly cut him off
"I some how heard your phone call and I don't know how, this room is sound prof and I still heard you"I said at this point I had tears in my eyes.
Scott said"Katie I'm going to tell you some confusing, things but you have to believe me, I will explain what you saw in the window and what an alpha is"
At this point I was worried and shocked, when out of nowhere I felt a coldness around my eyes I look up at Scott, the the shock on his face told me to go look in the mirror, so I did and to my surprise, they were a dark blue, not my normal brown eyes, they were shining dark blue, I turned around to see scott staring at me he was still shocked, but he noticed I was about the break, so he ran up to me and hugged me tight.
Then he said"we will work through this and find out what you are"

Yes! I achieved it 1000 words well 1019 I am so happy how this turned out I think, sorry for not posting yesterday still not feeling 100 percent, but what do you think about this chapter then comment, and tell me what you think. Bye X
