I lift my light eyelids and when my eyes focus, everything seems upside down. I'm laying on my roof with my head hanging off the roof, looking at my white suburban neighborhood. I sit up, dust off the dirt from my jeans and trench coat, jump down from the roof and head inside to eat breakfast. This is just another normal day in the Duncan household. After breakfast I hop into my door-less 2007 tan mini van and I head to school. I have to pick up my friend Harper on the way though. Harper is sort of a quirky but also chilled back girl. We dated a while ago but it didn't work out for.....reasons. I drop her off at her middle school and I head to my high school, she's a seventh grader and I'm a sophmore but that doesn't stop our friendship. In fact I love to hang out with her friends all the time. Anyways, I get to school and as soon as I walk in he's standing there. My hero, my senpai, the love of my life. Waluwigi. "Wahh" he says to his friends as I pass him. "H..hey wal." That's what I call him
"Hey destiny darkness" he says in return
"I...I was wondering.... If you would want to go on a...d....d...DATE WITH ME"
There, I said it. And I was ready to hear what he was gonna say.

I ran away, crying.
