I was shocked when randhir hugged me but composed myself when I thought he need it and soon hugged him back. I was patting his back when I sensed my shoulder getting wet. I realized that he was crying.

"Are you fine randhir", I asked him breaking the hug.

"I am sorry sanyukta.", he said joining his hands shocking me .

The Randhir whom I used to know never in my wildest dream will join his hands infront of someone like me which is also not a part of his family. Indeed , Randhir is totally changed now.

"Randhir don't do this. And why are you saying sorry to me", I asked him unjoing his hands.

"No sanyukta. I have to apologise to you for all my past deeds to you", he said.

"Randhir that was past and don't let the past hamper our present friendship which we gave just started", I said fearing about the fact if we start digging our past then it will hamper our present friendship which I don't want to.

"No sanyukta let me confront today. So that we can start a fresh friendship without any second thoughts about my past", he said and I noticed the determination in his eyes about confronting things.

"Okay, but let's just seat. My legs are hurting due to standing ", I joked a little making him to smile more.

"Sanyukta I know that our relationship start on an immature phase. Though we both are immature at that age, but I  still considered the moment spend with you at that time as one of the best moments in my life. ", he said smiling.

"Me too", I added.

"I used to think that our immaturity was the main cause of our breakup that time, but I was wrong. My ego was saying that in order to satisfy me but no. The whole fault was mine", he said and I was about to object him, he placed a finger on my lips causing me to stop.

"Let me speak sanyukta. That time I was totally at fault because whatever is the situation, pointing out in a girls character is worst thing. I have started realising that if I had confronted to you about my insecurities , our equation would have been different now. We may not have been couple any longer but we may be still friends , if I didn't did that stupidity", he said chuckling.

"So, here we are in confronting mood, then let me confront also. Randhir don't put the whole blame on you , as your ego is right because I am also responsible somewhere. When you pointed out on my character, I had the chance to explain about parth proposal was not for me but for someone else. But my big fat ego didn't let me explain the matter, resulting us in this awkard situation now", I said holding his hands.

"But thanks to you because of you I was able to named as topper. If you hadn't triggered my ego , I think I was working somewhere as receptionist but not a cardiologist. So, all thanks to you topper and ex-boyfriend", I chuckled at the last words.

"Okay, I admit we both were at fault. So will you be my friend my first girlfriend and ex-girlfriend", he asked forwarding his hand and in response I engulfed him in a tight hug accepting his proposal.

"Let's go, everyone must be waiting and parth must also have arrived now", I said.

"Parth", he asked confused.

"Oh sry, I forgot to tell you he is coming for the marrige and he must have arrived", I said but noticed his face changed colour.

But I ignored that and drag him to the hall.

So,finally the confrontation.
Still many secret are to be unfolded.
Parth entry will surely make randhir close to sanyukta.
