Loud music blasted from what seemed a mile away from you as you kept trotting in the opposite direction of the wild party. Your steps were echoing and deliberate while you muttered to yourself, imitating the multiple voices of some of the party guests you have already encountered. Quite poorly might I add. You huffed at the end of when of your incoherent babbles and kicked a stone blindly into the bushes. You were about to punch a tree to release more anger, but the metallic clank that resounded from the innocent rock's new location made you still. Following curiosity instead of instinct, you allowed your hand to push away the shrubbery for your (e/c) eyes to wander at the beyond contents. You almost gasped at the sight; a car, a really really nice car sat in the middle of the little vegetation around you. The vibrant green drew you closer along with the black stripes that seemed to make up a custom paint job. You laughed dryly at your luck, but still felt the frustration from before your meeting with the beautiful vehicle in front of you. You shrugged and moved to sit on top of the hood since the car seemed abandoned there; you sighed loudly to no one and closed your eyes to think over what happened.
Of course you had heard of college spring break parties being kinda wild but you had never thought of the true consequences of going to one. You were having fun listening to the music and watching the DJ in his booth since it was always fascinating to you, when someone walked up next to you and offered a drink. The talk went well especially since it was the first conversation you had since you arrived at the "Middle of Nowhere Party." Soon it went downhill as the guy you thought was actually pretty nice turned more sexually sinister after a few drinks when you only had one. He tried doing the signature flirting technique of a few compliments and then small touches up your arm, but once he reached your shoulder you backed off. Stating you had to go you turned to hopefully find a better hiding place, he grabbed your wrist multiple times and even tried to follow you. Thankfully since he was drunk and you were light on your feet you were able to retreat successfully and get out of the crowded party to the secluded place you were now. You groaned and shook your head to clear your thoughts before opening your (e/c) eyes and looking up at the star dappled sky.
Thinking that it was pretty late and you had to somehow find a way home that wasn't drunk, you slid off the car that you would forever miss and went to walk away. An urge that you couldn't quite explain or comprehend made you turn around to look at the car one last time, this time noticing the note on the dashboard inside it. 'FREE CAR PLEASE TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT.' You almost did a hop skip and a jump out of pure joy, but instead settled with a whispered yes and getting in the driver's seat; pulling the paper off the dash you read it yet again but found no name. Shrugging your shoulders you stuck the key which was on the passenger seat into the ignition to hear a loud revving that was like music to the ears. Letting another high pitched yes escape, you started to back out of the shrubbery and out into the open then pulled out onto the road. Doing a little dance in the front seat you drove off into the night into with your new find all the way to the roadside bungalow you call home, pulling into the drive way and stepping out next to the back gate you patted the hood the car and started talking to it like it could actually understand you,"Don't worry I'll take good care of you just like the paper said! I am responsible after all! Annnnd I'm talking to a car..." You sighed and trudged through the backyard, opened the back door with your key, and went inside only to go to bed moments later.Later into the night the green car you already treasured started shifting and growing in size until it was a large trench coat wearing humanoid robot. The robot scoffed and its accented voice carried through the dark night confirming that it was male, "Take care of me! Sure! I should 'take care' of you by blasting your brains across the state line." He crossed his arms and leaned against the house with a frustrated sigh, and what he said was true. He really would have liked to shoot you into no existence, but Optimus told him that he nor the others could harm ANY humans while they were separated after the battle. They also had to keep their true forms hidden by playing along with the humans thinking they were just cars. Crosshairs had broken the second rule, yet did he care? No! It wasn't like anyone was around anyways. The autobot swore under his breath and transformed back into the car he had taken as is altered form and settled back in the driveway for the night.
