Today I saw people
Smiling, upset, frusturated, lonely, confused, overwhelmed.
I just stood there unemotional.
There was no smile, frown, squinted eyes, tears.
Only a straight face with eyes glaring back at the busy world.
And nobody noticed; nobody cared.
They were all too involved with themselves.
