Luna continued to eat her breakfast quickly. This morning sucks she thought. She finished her Pop-Tart, and threw away the wrapper, almost falling in the process. (Luna was very clumsy) Luna grabbed her bookbag and slightly yelled "Bye guys!" and rushed out the front door. She started walking down to the bus stop about a block away from her house, putting on her headphones in the process. Luna started playing "Car Radio" by twenty øne pilots and stopped right by the sign that said "SCHOOL BUS STOP" and she waited. And waited. And waited. It seemed as if she had waited for hours when the bus pulled up. The doors slowly opened, and Luna started to get on. "Sorry for being late, girl. The bus wouldn't start this morning," the bus driver told Luna. "It's okay," she replied, and hurried onto the bus, sitting down in a seat in there very back with very little people. Actually, no people were back there with Luna.

"And now I just sit in silence"

Luna heard these words and started to think. I feel the same way. People I know and love try to talk to me maybe once, or twice every couple of days, leaving me alone most of the time. The loneliness sometimes gets to me, and I start having these thoughts... Luna stopped herself from thinking anymore. If she did, she'd start to cry, and everyone would look back at her. She didn't want that..

Luna changed the song to "Goner" by twenty  øne pilots. She quietly sang along..

"I've got two faces, Blurry's the one I'm not. I need your help to take him out."

Luna got somewhat into the song, passionately singing along to every word. She suddenly remembered, Oh god. Everyone's attention is on me.. and stopped. She looked up to see nobody looking back at her. She sighed. Thank god nobody heard me..
Luna continued listening to twenty øne pilots until the bus finally stopped in front of the school. Luna sighed and slowly rose up from the corner of her seat and pulled her bag over her shoulder, making her way to the stairs.

Luna walked down the bus stairs, and hurried into the school building. Why is it so dang cold today? She thought to herself. I hope I left a jacket in my locker.. Luna ran to her locker and quickly opened it. Thank god.. Luna  thought to herself as she grabbed her coat from her locker and quickly put it on. God, I'm freezing..

Luna grabbed some books for her classes and rushed to homeroom. She reached the classroom and walked in. Nobody was there, except for Mrs. Blevins, who was way too happy to be sane. "Hey there Luna!" Mrs. Blevins smiled at her. "Well aren't you early!" Luna responded with, "Yeah. I thought I woke up late, so I rushed to get ready and got on the bus." and sat down. Luna turned on "This is Gospel" by Panic! At The Disco and stared off into space..

"This is gospel, for the fallen ones, locked away in permanent slumber"

Luna heard these lyrics and started to think. I'll be locked away in permanent slumber some day.. I'll be all alone in the darkness. No one around me. Completely isolated. That must be how Hannah feels.. Hannah WAS Luna's best friend, until she died tragically in a car accident. Luna was always at her side until she passed, and Hannah's death had hit Luna the hardest out of everyone, even Hannah's parents. Her scumbag parents didn't even care when she died. They weren't heartbroken. They weren't devastated. Hannah had basically lived with the Fayes. Her parents were always yelling at her, threatening her, beating her, or some other sick way of treating someone. Although all of this went on, Hannah was always thinking on the bright side. Luna's nickname for her was "Ms. Brightside" after Hannah's favorite song, "Mr. Brightside". I still can't believe she's gone.. Luna stopped thinking. She couldn't handle it. If she thought about it anymore, all of the anger towards Hannah's parents would release. She could scream for hours upon hours at those people.. "Um, Luna? Are you okay sweetie? You were talking to yourself," Mrs. Blevins said worriedly looking at Luna. Crap. "Um, yeah. I'm okay. Just singing along to a song. That's all," Luna awkwardly smiled at Mrs. Blevins. "Alright dear." Luna switched the song to "Gasoline" by Halsey.

"You know the kid cried out please stop you're scaring me."

That must be how Hannah felt when her parents beat her.. Luna sighed. I can't think about this. Vivid memories of seeing Hannah beaten suddenly filled Luna's mind. She quickly raised up, and hurried into the bathroom, locking herself into a stall. She lowered herself to the ground, eventually sitting down. Luna began to cry. I miss you Hannah. So much... Luna decided to hit shuffle on her playlist. "Goner" came on. She began to cry even more.

"Don't let me be gone"

Luna stayed in the bathroom, crying her eyes out for an hour. She finally stopped herself, and walked to a mirror. Her eyes were puffy and red, tears still falling. Luna rinsed her face and calmed herself. She walked back into homeroom, seeing more faces than before. They all looked dull, tired, and bored. Luan sat down, put her phone away, and got her books out for science. Mrs. Blevins began to talk. "Okay class. Let me take attendance!" And Mrs. Blevins did as she said...
----------------------------------------------

I based Mrs. Blevins off of a substitute teacher I have every once in awhile to this day. (Ppl who know me personally will know who I'm talking about) so yeah. Sorry I took so long on this chapter, I was at a family gathering and my phone was dead, so I hid in the bathroom. Anyways, hope you guys enjoyed this! <3 ~_pasteldun_
