Skylar is a normal 15 year old teen girl in the 9th grade. Skylar is walking home when she hears a cat meowing. So, Skylar being a animal lover, went to find the cat. She follows the meowing into a alley—its a black kitten.

"Ummmm... It doesn't have a collar, maybe mom will let me keep her." "meow" "huh. Oh, I should probably give you a name. Uh I'll call you........ Iris, yeah I'll call you Iris." "Meow" "Yes Iris we are almost home." "See we're here" (unlocks door) "Mom, come here!" "Coming!"..."Yes?" "Mom, can I keep her?" "Who?" (Iris walks towards the mom) "Oh, her—only if she doesn't have a collar and you have to take care of her." "Thanks, Mom! Come on Iris, you need a bath."
(Time skip to after Iris gets a bath because I'm lazy)
"Wow Iris, I thought cats hated baths. I guess you're different. Anyways, I should get to bed, tomorrow I'm going to the dance with Brianna. Night, Iris." "meow"
