I smiled as I was walking to history. I decided to walk alone as right now I preferred it that way. One of my best friends was hanging out with her new boyfriends right now and I really couldn't stand him. I didn't take the courtesy of learning his name. Truthfully didn't care he had his nickname of the annoying boyfriend or the distraction that took away from my friendship. That was enough of a name for me. I just go straight into the classroom and sit down at my desk. The classrooms almost empty just me the teacher and some utter try hards scattered about. I'm waiting for someone on the same social platform as me to come in. Or to even exist. I've recently come aware that barely anyone is as hated as me at the moment. My ex best friend Niomi got a new boyfriend and got me kicked out of the popular crowd so now I hang round with the rejects. Some of them are amazing people who are literally being kicked out of their groups because of how they look. It's disgraceful to think that I was near people doing that, that I was doing it myself and not even realising it. Before I can continue with my thoughts Alfie Deyes comes bouncing in. He gives me that weird head nod thing and then takes his chair next to me. I smile at him. I've liked him for ages now but he'll never ever see me that way. He's one of the people that hates me for no reason. I don't no why they just like to make fun of me. They always find some imperfection and pick at it to make it bigger. It usually takes me a while to stick the paper back together after it's been ripped apart but it's turned into a decent game. Sometimes I even feel like I've accomplished something. He starts chatting to some guy behind us about a football match at lunch and how they're going to go watch it. There conversation is cut short by the teacher starting her lesson. She talks about the Tudors like it happened yesterday. I don't know why we learn history but sometimes it's really interesting. Like how people think that Elizabeth I's reign was the golden age of Britain yet she executed more people than her father. Alfie barely joins in. I look at him but he seems distracted. Like he's not really there anymore. I smile at him and he smiles back. I look into his beautiful brown eyes and something clicks inside of me. I seriously like this guy and it's not some stupid crush anymore. It's become something more than that. He quickly snaps me out of my daydream by saying something. I don't hear what he says so I just dismiss him with a nod. "So are you coming or what?" He nudges my arm so it falls off the desk I look at him confused. "Coming to what?" I ask he sighs and shake his head at me. "The football game, a load of us are going to cheer them lot on, isn't Joe playing or something like that," He asks smirking at me. Joe did mention something about a football game at breakfast. "Yeah sure!" I grin at him and he smirks at me. I refocus myself on the lesson but it only has just occurred to me that the bells already gone and Tanya and the distraction are waiting for me outside. Crap.
