Timothy opened his eyes hazily, seeing a room he didn't recognize. Laying in a bed that wasn't his. He was fully clothed and his shoes were in the corner of the bedroom. He looked to his left and saw the most breathtaking view of Demport he's ever seen through a fish tank placed like a window. A great swarm of confusion ran through his mind. The rug atop the carpet was a deep raspberry, and there were stacks of books all over the place. Head throbbing, Timothy carefully got up and left the room. When he exited the room he saw someone cooking, his hair was blonde and wavy and it seemed to fall into his face perfectly. When he heard Timothy close the bedroom door, he turned around revealing a tattoo of roses and thorned vines that ran from his chest to his left arm. Smiling warmly, he signaled Timothy to have a seat.

"Good morning, how are you feeling?" He said. Timothy was drowsy, unable to answer. "Do you remember me?" Timothy shook his head.

"You're not Deliah's friend, are you?" Timothy said.

"Yeah, actually. I am a friend of Deliah's. So you do remember something after all."

"Collin I'm sorry but I'm-"

"I'm not Collin? My names Sage. I ran into you last night. Who's Collin?" Timothy laid his head into the island, overwhelmed by the confusion and the migraine.

"I really don't know." Sage placed a plate of pancakes and bacon next to him, then sat next to him.

"You may have had a few too many, Timothy right?" He raised his head and looked into Sage's eyes and was immediately in tranquil. His eyes were the specific blue you only see on the sunniest of days, where there wasn't a cloud in the sky. "Are you alright?" Timothy shook his head and blinked, bringing himself back to reality.

"Yeah, I'm fine." Timothy grabbed a fork and slowly began to eat. "What happened last night?"

"Well, you were kind of just sitting by yourself, I decided to start talking to you because no one likes to be alone. After a few drinks you kind of just told me everything that was going on, and when Hunter started clearing the place out you were too drunk to tell me where you lived. I wasn't sober enough to drive but, I walked us home." Sage got a glass of water. "Drink up, you're probably hung over." Timothy was thankful Sage helped him out, but he was also nervous about Sage knowing that he's in the closet.

Meanwhile, Seth and Bethany where hit with an upsetting phone call. His fathers house had burned down, resulting in the death of his mother. Devastation swarmed the couple, and they packed up and took a depressing road trip in order to attend the funeral. Bethany drove while Seth cried in the passenger seat, gradually turning up the volume over the hours they drove.

"Seth, I'm really sorry." Bethany pulled into a gas stations parking lot. "I know you loved going over there for the weekends." Seth just continued crying. "Do you want anything?" He shook his head, and Bethany left the car running while she filled the tank. They were soon on the road for only one more hour, and Seth slept the rest of the drive. When they arrived both of them cried the whole funeral, only to attract other family members to try and help. Bethany's phone began to buzz in her pocket, and she left to go outside.

"Bethany, hi!" Hunters voice came through her phone. "Are you busy right now?"

"Hunter... now isn't the time..."

"What? What's going on?"

"Seth and I are out of town, his mother died." Hunter frowned and apologized for interrupting what they were doing and slopped herself down on the couch. She had work in three hours and she had nearly nothing to do. When she called Deliah, she seemed distant, and decided to put up the Christmas tree and decorate the house. When she was finished she drove off to work, trying to call Deliah once again but this time she didn't get an answer. Hunter's next few hours were dull, consisting nothing but cleaning tables and giving people their drinks. Until at around 2:00, when the sun hid behind the clouds and leaves blew off the trees. Hunter recognized the bright red hair and freckled face. She didn't fully recognize who he was with, but his hair was wavy and blonde, and it fell in his face perfectly. His eyes were a special blue only seen on the days where the sun shown bright and there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Timothy and his friend were quite close, nearly holding hands. Timothy saw Hunter standing at the register and walked up to her.

"Hunter! Hey! How are you?" Timothy smiled like a child with candy.

"I'm great, who's your friend?" Hunter smiled towards the blonde haired boy. She held her hand out to shake his hand. "Hi, I'm Hunter, I've known Timothy for a long time."

"I'm Sage." He smiled and his pearly teeth nearly glistened from the sunlight slowly peering through the clouds. "You're Deliah's girlfriend, correct?"

"Yeah! That's me, you're a friend of hers?" Sage nodded. "I see, well how may I help you guys today?"

"Can I have my usual?" Timothy said, and Hunter began to make his iced mocha. "Sage what would you like?" Timothy began to pull his wallet from his pocket, but Sage put the wallet back.

"Let me pay, please. I want to be a gentleman." Sage pulled out his wallet. "Can I get a dark chocolate frappe?"

"Yeah, absolutely." Hunter swiped her manager's discount card and then swiped Sage's credit card. "White chocolate turtle iced mocha and a dark chocolate frappe, have fun you two." Hunter knew what was going on by the way Timothy smiled at him when they sat and talked to each other. She didn't mean to eavesdrop, but she could hear what they were talking about.

"Sage, we should get going elsewhere, I have a few friends who... don't know yet."

"Alright, I have an idea. Want to see something cool?"

"If it'll get us out of here." Sage and Timothy walked past and waved to Bethany and Seth.

"Hey Hunt! Who was Timothy leaving with?" Hunter shrugged and starting putting in what she knew Bethany was going to order.

"I think his name was Sage."
