First moments

Darkness was all I could see. Am I dead? No that's not it. Is it? As I thought to myself I started to look back on some of my memories.

My first day of school.

I walked in and all eyes were on me. I had no idea why. First period was weird. No one talked to me all they did was stare. Then someone came up to me. "Hey so I heard from your brother that you are a murderer. Hows that going for ya?"
"What?! I am not a murderer! Why would my brother tell you that?!"
"Whoa whoa whoa! Back up lady. Don't shoot me."
"I am not a murderer!"
"Well maybe you should ask your brother about that."
"That will happen. In good time."
"What do you mean?"
"Want to help me with something?"
"What is that something?"
"A prank maybe."
"I'm in. So what should I do?"
"I don't know yet but I will think of something."
"You're scaring me. What's in that cute little head of yours?"
"Don't worry. It's not hat bad. But what's your name?"
"Jax, nice to meet you. What's yours?"
"Nikki but my friends call me Nik."
"Ooh so we're friends?"
"I guess we are."
"Cool. Well see ya later Nik."
"See ya."
Later that day........
"Hey bro."
"Hey. So how's school been?"
"Oh, great! Just great."
"Good so have you made any new friends?"
"Ooh yes. But who are the idiots?"
"What that's mean! I am not stupid?"
"That's Nick."
"And I'm Zane."
"Oh yeah that guy."
"Hey we've known each other since kindergarten!"
"It's called a joke. Ever took one before?"
"Whatever. " Zane scoffed
"Hey come here."  Todd said
"What's up dude?"
"Well in going on a date later tonight and I wanted to see if it was okay with you."
"Why do you need me?"
"Well since our parents are gone I wanted to make sure that it was okay with you, ya know?"
"Yeah, I know." I sniffed. "Thanks bro."
"Yeah yeah, give me a hug weirdo."
"Aw how sweet. Love the brother sister moment." Jax said.
"Okay okay lets get to gym."
Oh goody goody gym. Well at least maybe ill make some more friends. What better way to make friends than being sweaty.

Lucas POV

What's gonna happen to her? Will she be okay?
I thought as I paced. Gosh gosh gosh. She has to be okay.
"Dude sit down. Do you like her?"
"Psh, nah."
"Whatever."
"Any news on the friends?"
"One died."
"Which one? Was it the boyfriend?"
"It was Zane. Why do you care?"
Blegh I don't even know why I care.
"Am I home?"
"Yeah this hospital is now your home." Kole said
I elbowed him
"A bomb blew up on one of our bases. They were training. "
"Did anyone get hurt? Besides Zane." she sniffled
"How did you know that?"
"I don't know. I could just hear what you guys were saying."
"Oh okay."
"Hey come on."
"Why?"
"Because."
"In in a hospital gown,"
"There are some clothes over there."
"No I am not wearing those. They're hideous."
"Fine theres some clothes over there."
"Good. At least these somewhat match. So where are we going and can't I just stay with Charles. Gosh never thought id say that."
"Just come on."
