Hi. My name is Jasmine. Im 7 and live in orphanage. I have short black hair and bright blue eyes. I have only two friends here, the twins, Amber and Ashley. But they just got adopted. Yeah, i'm happy for them, but they've been here almost as long as me. I came here when I was 5. Two long years. The girls got here about 6 months after me. I looked over at the other girls girls in the adoption circle and just sat off to the side. Then, a guy with sorta shaved hair and what I'm guessing is his girlfriend walked in. The girl almost immediately saw me. I begin to walk upstairs to help clean up some since most of the girls were gone and Ms. Julia was doing the adoption day. She was always telling me how mature i was, and i thought so, too. Not to toot my own horn though.

"Jasmine?" I heard Ms. Julia call.

I walked down the stairs to see the couple smiling at me.

"Hmm?" I asked.

"This lovely couple will be adopting you."
