Diamond Vampires

What do most people think of when someone says "vampires" ? Well, most people think of the most stereotypical one- fangs with bloodred eyes and pale skin. In reality, vampires are divided into many groups: The Bloody, The Heartless, The Shapeshifters and finally, The Diamonds. 

The Bloody were just like the olden days dracula. They couldn't go into sunlight, because they would vanish into dust, and they had bloodred eyes. Their skin is blue in the moonlight, and they slept in coffins.  They were the lowest in the vampire chain.

The Heartless had ghost white skin. They had no heart- No conscience. They killed whenever, wherever and whatever. They could go in sunlight but disliked it. They were better than The Bloody, like economy class. They also had an ability.

The shapeshifters could change into any shape they wanted, any person, any animal. They had skin like a normal human. They were the most common vampire. They were the 2nd Class.

Finally, The Diamonds. They were the elite group of vampires, the ancients. To separate them from other vampires, they were born with a diamond on their forehead. The diamond colours displayed each Diamond Vampire's personality. They were the bosses of the vampires. The 1st class.

Arlina was a Diamond Vampire. Her diamond was bloodred in colour- she was brave and firm.  She lived in Sydney, where most vampires lived. There was a school, Blood Academy there. To humans it was a normal school, but to vampires, that was the snobbiest, richest school for vampires. Arlina attended that school with her best friends. Nearby was another vampire school, Vampri High. That was where the lower classed vampires went.

"Look at Arlina!"                                                                             

"Love her outfit!"

"Lily, Erin and Arlina are Awesome!"

These were some of the comments heard when they sashayed down the hallway. They were the queens of this school. Lily wore a white halterneck dress and light blue sneakers. Her diamond was turquoise- she enjoyed success in whatever she did. Erin wore an emerald singlet and skinny jeans designed with some rhinestone, her Diamond was an emerald- She was loved alot. 

"Let's go slumming tonight!" Arlina told her best friends and their boyfriends, Aiden and Eric. Slumming was to drink blood directly from humans, instead from blood packets. Her best friends agreed excitedly. 

They went to their usual place, Trinity Club, to slum. It was a celebrity clubhouse and lots of famous people were there. 

"Identity please." The guard with bulging muscles stood at the entrance with the velvet red rope. Arlina stood there, applied her blood red lipstick, licked her lips, and then replied, " I don't have one"  The guard was baffled. She sure looked the age though, with her long wavy blonde hair and dressing style. The two girls behind her were around the same as her. But.. He couldn't let them in without an identity. Suddenly, the club's manager, Christian, appeared. He was a vampire as well, a shapeshifter.

"Sorry girls! I'll deal with the guard later! Please come in!" He ushered them in, and brought them past the dance floor to the VIP area. He gave them theiri usual drinks and they sat there, deciding on their prey. The guys found them boring, so they went to dance with other girls. (It was an open relationship) 

Out of the corner of her eye, Arlina saw a man around his 30s staring intently at her. She gave her best I-Want-You smile and started walking towards him. Behind her trailed Lily and Erin. That man was having such a good time with this young woman, he didn't realise that she was pushing him towards the staff bathroom.

In the bathroom, the man was excited, and he started undoing his tie. Suddenly, two other girls appeared( Lily and Erin). He was surprised, and asked, "Who are they?"

Arlina licked her lips and answerd," They want a piece of you too."

The man was jumping out of his pants. What could be better than 3 pretty girls wanting to have group sex? He started leaning towards one of them, and suddenly, Arlina's fangs extended and she quickly bit him in the neck.

He wanted to scream, but couldn't. Vampires had venom in their teeth that would stop every organ in their prey's body. He just lay there until he was sucked dry.

Suddenly, Christian burst into the room. He quickly scanned the room and noticed a dead corpse lying there. 

"He was a PR Company's CEO! You killed him! That'll ruin this club's reputation!" He ranted on and on. When he was done, he called his guards to hide the man in the cellar, and threw the girls out.

"What do we do now?" Lily asked Arlina, resulting in being slapped. They decided to go to the downtown square where no one would notice if they killed a prostitute or drug dealer.

"Pshhh! Look at that drug dealer! He's perfect!" Arlina ran forward and put her arms around him. Suddenly, the drug dealer's pupils disappeared. He started walking towards a bush. She was confused. "Someone must be controlling him!" She thought furiously as she paced towards the bush.

A girl wearing a dirty T-Shirt and jeans was hiding there. She was probably a heartless vampire. Her fangs gleamed in the moonlight as she saw the drug dealer.

Suddenly, she felt a sharp stab in her arm. "What do you think you're doing to my prey?!" That blond vampire shouted at her. She was pissed, of course. The girl was annoyed. The prey wasn't the blond's, it was a free country!

She started gathering her energy. She was a stormcaster. She could throw lightning after gathering enough. The blond must've realised as she started backing away, almost running. 

Finally, she had a bolt in her hand. She aimed it at that blond. And threw it. In a spur of moment, she saw a redhead jump out in front of the blond, and be struck right in the chest. She vanished into dust. After all this bloody shit, the girl ran away.....
