Maya POV

As I woke up I remembered what my mom said last night.Today was the day we moved.Yesterday was the last day I see Riley, Lucas, Farkle, Smackle, and Zay.The last day to say a goodbye that won't last forever.I sat up in my gray sweats and pink shirt as my pj's and looked around.My room was filled with boxes.As I sighed getting up a strand of blonde hair flew over my face.I walked to the bathroom and looked at myself.My hair was a mess.

"Mom are you serious"I said surprised

"Yeah baby girl are you excited or what! I got us a house in Beacon Hills and a job...we're moving"she smiled.I starred at her in shock.We're actually moving.What am I going to tell Riley.She hugged me and smiled.I hugged back with a little smile.I love it when she's happy.I smiled more as we sepereated.

"Im gonna go tell Riley"I said walking out the house over to Riley's.As I knocked on the door I was excited but worried about her reaction.What if she starts crying or worse I mean, I'm her best friend she'll understand.But she's Riley....she has Farkle and the rest of the gang she'll live.

"Up in her room"Auggie said immediately.I smiled walking towards the stairs.

"Thanks"I slowly walk towards her door and touched the doorknob.I breathed in and out.I opened the door seeing Riley sitting at the Bay window.

"Peaches!...why didn't you come through the bay window?"

"Um Riley I have something to tell you"I walked towards her bed and sat down.She followed and sat next to me putting her hand on mines.I look at her and back at my lap.

"I don't know how to put this into details so im just gonna get to the point...im moving"

"What?"

"My mom found a house and a job,she also found me a new school...I-It's in Beacon Hills not that far you can still come visit it's only 6 hours away..." I tried to smile but it came out way to fake and sad.She looked at me shocked as I was. "Please say something"

"I-I don't know what to say"

"Are you mad?"

"No im not mad Maya, I'm happy for you guys...what kind of friend would I be if I wasn't" she said standing up.I laughed and stood up and hugged her.She hugged back then pulled away. "When are you leaving?"

"....Tomorrow"I slowly said.I looked away then back at her.She still had a smile on her face.

"Well I guess we have to spend the whole day together before you go...I'll call everyone else to meet us at the park for a picnic okay?"

"Okay Riles you'll get everything together while I sit here and wait if they're ready"I said sitting on her bed.

"Maya you have to help"she folded her arms.

"But that's to much work"I whined standing up.She smiled and walked downstairs while I followed.As we got the snacks ready Topanga and Cory come in.

"Hey Maya, what is this?"Topanga asked smiling as always.

"We're having a picnic"Riley said folding a checkered blanket.

"A what now?"Cory asked

"A picnic"I said slowly.I grabbed the snacks and put it in the basket that was beautifully made and decorated..
