Mabel sat in the woods sad for the next hour when she heard a voice echo throughout the woods, "Shooting Star..." the voice said. Mabel stood up scared and sad. "Stay away!" She said as she looked around the demon. "I Won't hurt you..." the echo of Bill said. She sat down and gave up crying and nodded. "Then Help me..." she said.

Bill came out of the shadows and walked towards her "now star...tell me honestly! What in the name of irene is wrong with you?" He asked her. Mabel was confused what 'irene' meant but she just continued to answer.

"The Gravity Falls school dance is coming up...but nobod-" "likes you..." Bill finished her sentence. She nodded and sniffed sadly. He sat down next to her criss cross with his arms on his lap then sighed. "I know what it's like to be lonely to..." he says softly.

She looks over at him surprised "y-you do?" She asks. He nodded. She looks down. It was silence for multiple minutes..."so kid..." Bill starts. Mabel looks back over at him. "I have a deal for you...I'll take you to the dance..." he says. Mabel tilts her head "what will i do for you?" She asked.

"Y-you will stay out of my life afterwards..." he says. Mabel nods. Bill holds out his blue flame lit hand "Deal?" He asks. Mabel grips his hand and shake it "Deal!" She says firmly.
