The first Neko (MxB)

Prologue

"It's awake!"

"What is it?"

Sounds pounded through my head as I tried to figure out what was happening and generally, what I was doing here. What am i? How am I here? I started seeing lights and figures.

"It's opening its eyes!"

"I-it looks strange? What happened during processing?"

"This isn't a cat? It's human to!"

As my vision started to deblur I saw many confused faces. They all looked at me with fear and curiosity in there eyes. I unfurled my self and looked down. I had two arms and two legs. My skin was white and I had a penis. Two feet and two  hands. I felt down my back and when I felt something soft and furry I turned my head and saw a furry black tail. I felt it for a moment petting my soft fur.

I felt my face. I had a nose and lips. Two eyes and a head full of hair. I made my eyes go up as much as I possibly could and saw brown hair. I then felt the top of my head and two pointy ears stuck out of my head.

Then a mirror was placed in front of me and I looked up. I had black ears and tail and brown hair. My eyes were green and my skin was very pale. I tilted my head in curiosity and tried to move forward. I wanted to touch the mirror. I reached out but was stopped by a invisible seal of some sorts.

I traced my finger around it and made out a circle. I was in an invisible circle. I didn't know how I knew all these words. These things just appeared in my head. What was happening? Where did I come from? Was I born in this tube? I got distracted by a voice and I turned to the sound.

A tall elderly looking man came out of the shadows and started speaking.

" he is the first born Neko, something went wrong and somebody didn't do the correct safety tests and some how human DNA got mixed with the cat DNA."

"I'm sorry sir, but, what's a Neko?"

"It is a common word that has been used in Japan and by many of the population to describe a human with cat like features. It is a big thing to be used in books and for sexual reasons."

"Oh.." The lady trailed off not knowing how to respond.

"What do you plan on doing with... It?" One of the people asked.

"We will do experiments on it, see what went wrong and then dispose of it as quickly as possible."

My eyes widened and I got scared. I backed away as far as I could from the scary man and curled back into a ball, my tail swinging around my body protectively. I was safe in this tube right? But just then it swung open and the man walked in with a strange tool. Instincts took over and claws shot out of my fingers. I swatted at the mans face and hit him in the eye.

A hiss escaped my mouth and I jumped around him and out the tube.

"He got out!!" Some one yelled another person ran over and hit a large red button. A siren then turned on and red flashing lights went off everywhere. Big metal sheets started coming down on the doors. I ran towards the nearest one and slid underneath it just making it through. I ran as fast as my feet could take me. I was a little wobbly at first not knowing what I was doing but once natural instinct kicked in I was like a cheetah.

I saw a bright light and I ran towards it. I ran and ran and finally made it to the bright light. I jumped through and a sudden burst of cold crawled it's way through my skin. I looked around it was nothing but white. White, cold snow. That was before I saw the chimney of smoke just a little ways away. I headed towards it starting my long journey across this new land.
