What exactly are those little girls doing? Ethan Wilkes thought to himself. He was currently in the bedroom that had the best view of the woods. Two young women were roaming around, messing with his white rose bushes.

How he loved his white rose bushes.

"Peter!" Ethan called to one of his walking dead servants. "Come here!"

Peter came quickly, and stood in front of his master. "Yes, Master Ethan?"

"When will dinner be finished?"

"Anytime now, sir," Peter said. "Why? Are you expecting anyone?"

"Why would I be expecting anyone? No one's been here since the death of my dreadful parents."

"Well, why were you wondering about dinner, sir?"

"Because I will be going out, Peter, that's why." Ethan summoned his dark black trench coat with a flick of a wrist, and sent the servant away to wherever he appeared from.

This should be fun, he thought to himself, as he took one more glance at the two mischievous girls.

"Elena, get away from that bush!" Arya warned her little sister.

"Why, Arya? It's just a simple rose bush." Arya's little sister, Elena, laughed.

"Possibly, but you don't know if the bush itself is poisonous. I don't want you getting sick."

"Arya, it's a rose bush. The most dangerous thing I can get, is a prick from it. Calm down." Elena pulled a white rose from the bush, and walked back toward her worried sister.

They strolled away from the rose bushes, and went on their way. Elena played around with the white rose, obviously fascinated by its beauty. However, her sister stared at it with nervous curiosity.

As they turned the corner, the air turned cold. The trees shook with the wind, and the sky dimmed to a eerie gray. Arya grabbed a hold of Elena's hand, and sped up. "Let's get out of here, El."

"I'm not disagreeing." Elena also sped her walk, making both girls take on a power-walk stance.

The wind blew violently, as they increased into a run, and then were stopped by a pale-skinned boy. He was dressed in all black, complete with jet-black hair. His stare was cold and mean, as if the two girls had done something to him.

Elena tightened her grip on her sister's hand, as Arya prepared to speak. "Are you lost?"

"I was about to ask you the same thing," His voice was menacing, a slight English accent added with it. "Little girls like yourselves shouldn't be walking alone in the middle of the woods. Especially with all the missing people."

"Well," Arya swallowed hard. "Why are you just standing there? It's freezing out here!"

"Is it? Hadn't noticed." He smirked.

"Okay then...my sister and I were just leaving. So, if you would please..."

He cut me off. "Not before your sister returns that rose back to where it was."

Arya looked down at the white rose in Elena's hand, then looked back at the boy. "Why? It's just a simple rose."

"No, it's my property." The boy sounded impatient.

"It's a flower from the middle of the woods. How is it your property?" Elena asked.

"I would advise you keep your little mouth shut, or you'll regret ever opening it."

"How dare you threaten my sister like that?" Arya put Elena behind her. "It's just a flower."

"A flower from my rose bush. Didn't you notice it was the only white rose bush in the area? I grew it myself, and if you don't return it back, I just might have to..."

"What? Take it? Hurt us for taking it?" Arya yelled at the boy.

"Exactly." The boy answered with an interested smirk, that really looked evil. He stared down at little Elena with that smirk, as well as his eyes glowing an eerie and striking green.

A few moments later, Elena vanished into thin air. Arya screamed. "What the heck did you do?"

"She shouldn't've taken my rose," He turned away from Arya, and also vanished into thin air.
