Last chapter I said I needed help with proving that the Phantomhives are better than the Trancy's. But I have proof of why Ciel and Sebastian are way better than Alois and Claude:
1. Ciel cares for his servants
Ciel is a bit angry and rash at times, but he at least cares for the servants. Mae-Rin, Baldroy, and Finnian are all at least happy while serving him. Sometimes, he takes them on vacations as well. While Alois beats his servants. And they all look quiet and grim.
2. The Phantomhive servants work more efficiently
There was one episode in the anime where snipers come to the Phantomhive Manor. Mae-Rin, Baldroy, and Finny take them all out. And Ciel doesn't even notice. On the other hand, all of the Trancy servants practically do nothing except their job
3. Sebastian is a better Butler
What can I say? Sebastian can gather a list of suspects in 10 minutes and make tea by the time his master gets home. He can also make sure Ciel is safe and sound. He can even point out mistakes that Claude did.
4. Sebastian is more loyal
This is the final reason: Sebastian shows more loyalty towards his master. When Ciel gives him an order, Sebastian doesn't hesitate. Claude, however, takes a couple of seconds. Claude even straight up MURDERS Alois. That's not what a Butler should do.
