((In case you haven't read the full description- if they are not in the facility, then they are more often than not humans.))

Baby woke up in a cold sweat, breathing heavily from her vivid, yet blurry nightmare.   Ballora slowly woke, rubbing her eyes sleepily as her partner shot up.  "Bad dream?" The older woman mumbled, yawning.  Baby caught her breath, "Yeah..." the clown mumbled, her heart racing.

Ballora tugged at Baby's shirt before opening her arms, "You want a hug?" Ballora mumbled, her lips curved into a comforting smile. Baby stared at the older woman for a while before slowly nodding, the ballerina's grin ever so slightly growing as a response, "C'mere." Ballora stated, opening her arms wider to welcome an embrace, in which the redhead immediately curled up next to her, squeezing Ballora gently. "Do you remember what it was about?" Ballora murmured, beginning to run her fingers gently through Baby's hair.

The redhead stiffened, "Not really... but... I remember you were really mad at me." Ballora's grin faded, but she didn't stop in her gentle motions while Baby continued, "You yelled at me, you said you didn't love me anymore." Baby squeezed Ballora tighter, her arms wrapped around her partner protectively.   Tears stained Ballora's t-shirt, "Y-you hated me." Baby whimpered, her voice cracking.   Ballora sat up, Baby doing so as well, the redhead's face still buried in the ballerina's clothing, "Hey, hey..." Ballora whispered, fulling Baby's face away from her chest to get a good look at her.

The ballerina's eyes softened and she whipped away her partner's tears, Baby looking deep into the older woman's eyes.  Ballora's grin returned, "It was just a dream." Ballora reassured, her voice as soothing as always, "I don't hate you, I never could." Ballora murmured, caressing the clown's face, causing Baby to tear up still, sniffling quietly.

Ballora's eyes flickered between Baby's gaze "Okay?" The ballerina whispered. Baby slowly nodded, Ballora giving the redhead a soft peck on the lips, "I love you." Ballora murmured. Baby's lips quivered into a smile, "I love you too." Ballora laid back down on the bed with a sigh, Baby resting gently on the older female's chest, "Goodnight." The ballerina whispered, her hand placed gently on Baby's waist.   Baby curled closer to Ballora, her eyelids beginning to become heavy, "Goodnight..."
