Chapter 3- new journey

"my king any last things you want to say"

"find an antidote, find it as soon as possible"

"as your command"

i clenched my fist raising it to my chest saying my promise to them. I quickly ran outside, past by that old cemetery.

I wandered to many woods, desserts, winter area, meeting new people along the way. I'm not the person who's never stop talking to ask what he is looking for, I'm the kind of person that only ask for what has been commanded. They offered me many things but I journey beyond looking for antidote not for the greed treasure. 

....

but the day when I journey a odd village. They were very poor for what I see but wealthy for their physical appearance, like they were healthy fat.

I walk towards their land looking for their chief. The townsfolk are look at me, I was curious for looking at me making me feel uncomfortable. I went to look at my back but I saw nothing. As I walk by I saw the chief place (obviously there was a sign).

"sir if I may ask-"

"what is it you seek, a treasure for your king" he suddenly interrupted me

"no, but I'm here for an antidote for a unknown poison"

"hmmm, come, follow me"

I followed what the old chief said. As I scan around I noticed that his white clothes were covered in blood, strange. As he stood up slowly and weak, I notice at the back of his table has alot of bones and some of them are even fresh.

"don't mind it, its just some old relics I'm working on"

"hmmm" but truly I was not satisfied by his call. It seem like his hiding something, something dangerous even.

we walked down deep into his lair. Actually surprise that he had it even this lair even his house is not kinda good for it.

"aha we are here my lady"

I saw a pond like green water in it. It look very disgusting it blown sticky bubbles and glowed oddly.

"is that really the antidote ?" I curiously ask. But for me, its kinda not because it can make even sick people worst than healing them.

I slowly walked towards it.

"come on dear just dip yourself into the water hole"

as I was going for it I stop, analyzing the question. What is he talking about im just suppose to grab the water but he asked me to dip myself into the disgusting water. I turned around found out the old guy was gone

"chief? Chief? Where are you?"

but suddenly a monster dived to me. Thankfully I have a good reflex I was able to block it

"get into the water so I could it you!" he growled at me closely eating my face.

"if you want to put me into that water....you have to do it yourself"

I kicked his body upward so he could land to that water. As I stood up his body was melting like a chemical reaction. He drown raising his hand but could not escape. Suddenly his bones floated into the water leaving some cooked flesh. I ran upstairs. Quickly ran outside. As I was running the townsfolk was transforming. They become the same monstrous thing that attacked me from below. I ran deeply into the wood. Finding a way to escape them.

I ran till I found a tree that is hard for them to spot. I quickly climbed and silently blend into its leaves. Slowly watching them from afar. I was finally safe from them. It took while for them to leave. But finally I can get down. It was night time I quickly made a camp fire. Looked for some leaves so I could make a blanket.

It was weeks since I haven't got the antidote. I was worried after making them hope I could bring back some antidote for them but instead I got home brought nothing.

but I know I will find it soon. I'll just keep my eyes peeled. I slowly closed my eyes hoping for better things tomorrow
