Her day was winding down to an end. She had one lose end to tie before leaving to met up with her fellow rulers of the underground. Just as she ends the last sentence, a timid knock makes its way to her ears. With out looking up the doll-like women tells her guest to enter. The door leisurely opens to reveal a nerved wracked male. As he walks timidly toward her, the door swings shut making the shaken male jump about ten feet in the air. The woman lets out a giggle at the sight of a 6 foot 5 male jumping at something so small. Once the male is in front of her desk, he gulps, "Umm... You called for me Ms. Lavon?"
She looks up at the man, smiles and with a voice caked in sugar answers, "Why, yes I did Alec. Do you know why I summoned you?"
Alec tugs at his shirt collar as he began to develop a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach. "N-no I can't say for sure."
She lets out a disappointed sigh and casually rises from her chairs. "Well that makes me sad. And I had such hope for you. You could have been one of the coordinators for my merchandise."
His eyes widen in excitement, "Whatever I did I'll take whatever punishment you wish! Just give me a second chance! I promise I won't let you down." He begs.
She looks toward the ceiling with a thoughtful expression. "You know, there just might be something you could do for me in order to get back on my good side."
"Tell me! I'll do anything!" He falls to his knees.
Her usual soft brown eyes harden as she circles the begging man. "You can start of by telling me how in the fuck the Feds found out about New Orleans."
The male pales and starts to shake. Her lips curl into a sinister grin seeing the powerful male turn into a Chihuahua. "You see. I had a very valuable drug that was suppose to be in my possession today. Now usually it's not that big of a deal because of transportation issue. But someone foolishly forgot that I have eyes and ears everywhere. Now, do you even know what drug you stopped me from having?"
"N-no M-mam." He whispers on the verge of tears.
Lavon squats down to the man, "Shhh, don't cry love. Everything will be ok," she wipes his tears has hope form in his eyes. "The drug you stopped was Scopolamine. Also know as Devil's Breath. One of the most dangerous drugs I could have. But thanks to your ass I do not have my precious toy. Yet to error is human so I suppose I could let you go." She rises and walks toward her desk to sit back down.
Alec lets out a shaky breath and rises from his kneeled position, "Oh, thank you! I won't le..."
"But if I let you off then people would start to walk over me. So you see my predicament?"
Terror falls on his face as his stares at the most wanted woman in America. He knows that despite her fairy like structure she is fully capable of God's fury. For a woman like her doesn't get on the list for stealing candy from a baby. He stands frozen as she hums the child song about being a lair and presses a button on her desk. Her eyes dance as the fire consumes the poor soul, swallowing the horrid sound that came from Alec. The smell of burning flesh fill the building yet no one bats an eye because the know that the smell of vanilla cupcakes will soon replace the smell of death. As the smell of death is gradually replaced, she makes a note to send her regards and compensation to the poor bastard's family. She may be cruel but she isn't heartless. She might even support his children through college given that she is all for people following their dreams. Lavon stands once more, picks up her powder blue notebook, and walks toward the door completely ignoring the charred remains that will be gone by tonight. She lightly skips to her car and heads to meet up with her friends who helped make her own dreams come true.
