Natsu has to pick up the pieces of grays heart erza is just rubbing salt on a fresh wound. Natsu was trying to consoul his boyfriend. As erza just rubbed it in, later gray concluded that he needs to get away so he takes natsu with him on a long more dangerous quest but the guild thought that natsu and gray could handle it , but boy were they wrong natsu was running out of stamina and gray was bleeding out from an amputated leg that got cut off in a train derailment by a dark guild that was coming to town and saw fairy tail on the bus natsu got rid of them and called gramps for help, minutes later gajeel, levy, lucy, mikey, wendy, carla, happy, and gildarts were there. Later that evening gray finally was declared stable

Natsu was so proud of gray. Gray was so strong after the leg was cut off sure he needed emotional support but he leaned on natsu a bit but then he started physical therapy now he still is in a wheel chair but tries to use the crutches when ever he can. When gray came in to the guild he was sporting a new prosthetic leg even though still in the wheel chair natsu could tell gray was now more confident than earlier natsu was sure if he was in grays position he just may have died.

Months later
Natsu pov

I'm going to do it imma propose to gray. I get on one knee I ask the million dollar question and I get a big yes and tears of joy he hugged and kissed me until my lips we nicely swollen. We planned for months when we said I do it was amazing then we had our honey moon and made a great lemon out of it [A//N: this is not being put in sorry not lemon I canylt write those] after a few weeks gray got sick almost daily when we went to the doctors it turns out that grays pregnant we both were shocked and happy when we told the guild we were congratulated and Mira asked to be the mid-wife when the baby is due. Lucy and lyon where the god parents juvia is the "aunt" loke is the "uncle"

9 months later

Natsu: Damn it in late gray is in labor and I gotta get there fast o left cana to do the rest as my temporary partner.. When I get there gray is a sweaty mess Mira tells me the contractions are coming mere minutes apart and if I got there any later I may have missed it when I get there I coo sweet nothingness in to gray ear as he Rallies a bit and then starts to push then a bit not rallying and pushing later our first born is born but then another contraction hits and gray is pushing again when Mira announced the head was out it was like 8 hours after the first was born and gray was having trouble the complications were taking there toll but this had to be natural cuz no one ever heard of a male giving birth before but when our last was born we named then riza and yuri our girls looked just like gray

Years later:
The girls are well known in fairy tail they are trouble some but gray is pregnant again and this time twin boys..... Gray dies during they're birth but natsu stayed string for the girls years later natsu remarried to lisanna and raised yuri and rise along with the boys karma and nagisa who looked more like natsu the guild loves these children like they loved gray they miss him dearly but what they don't know is that gray is still there and didn't die during the labor and is looking for his killer as a spirit but tries to figure out how to communicate with the living world and with natsu his one and only love
