"The pain is unbearable." A Naruto Fanfiction

Chapter 1- The Signs of Uzumaki's sadness.

Naruto's P.O.V

The beeping ran through the blondes ears, as a tan hand whacked it off of the table. Naruto groaned slightly and wrapped the warm, blue, blanket around himself. The blonde boy, let his eyes shift open, sky blue, piercing eyes shot open, the tanned boy stumbled out of bed, his legs wobbling as he grabbed the possibly broken alarm clock and checked the time. "I'm late!" The boy screeched as he tried to run. Naruto's legs gave up the second he began to run, Naruto looked down at his legs, he knew he should've ate yesterday, but the boy couldn't help it. Naruto shuddered at the thought of food, 'My, my. You should've ate something child. I can't keep healing you if you don't eat.' Kyuubi's low, dark voice rang through Naruto's ears. "You know I have a disorder! Just heal me for today please!! I'll eat I swear!" Naruto pleaded. The blonde soon felt the demon chakra pour into his legs, he felt no more pain in them. Naruto knew to thank the fox later, Naruto grabbed his orange, bright jumpsuit and stuffed himself into it. Naruto grabbed his navy blue, leaf headband and tied it around his forehead, letting some of his sun kissed hair fall in front of it. Naruto sighed deeply, as he ran to the usual spot to meet his team.

Naruto huffed deeply as he ran to the usual spot team 7 met. The sun was beaming onto Naruto, the white bridge looking stiff as ever, Naruto could make out three figures. The trees had been moving, and shedding leaves as the wind pushed against it. Naruto had sped up to the three figures, he finally made it to them, as he caught his breath he looked up to see Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi. Sasuke had been dressed normally, the white shorts hitting against his pale thighs, as his neural, blue top was flowing with the wind. Naruto had shifted his eyes a little higher to look at the raven hair cover the sides of the pale face slightly, the Uzumaki had locked eyes with the black, coal ones, they had shown no emotion at all. Naruto looked higher to see the navy, blue headband on the Uchiha's forehead as well. Naruto had to admit it, he had fallen in love with the Uchiha, but Naruto knew that Sasuke wasn't interested in him, or anyone to be exact. Naruto also saw Sakura, he had given up his crush on her for a while now, Naruto had seen the pink haired girl as more of a sister now, then a girlfriend. Sakura had her usual red dress on, with her short dark green shorts. Sakura had her pink long hair as usual, and her beaming green eyes staring at Naruto as well. The last person Naruto had saw was his sensei Kakashi, the grey haired fellow still had his jounin outfit on, the dark green vest, navy blue undershirt, navy blue pants. While his eyes traveled to Kakashi's face, the leaf headband still covered one of his eyes, as his navy mask was still covering his lips.

Naruto felt his legs shake under him, he felt so weak. "Hn, why are you late?" An emotionless voice rang through Naruto's ears, he realized it was Sasuke as he looked up, "S-Sorry, heh, I overslept." Naruto finished as he stood up properly, Sakura had been giving Naruto a curious gaze, but the Uzumaki ignored it as he felt a warm hand on his shoulder, Naruto's eyes followed the pale hand and realized it was the Uchiha. "You sure?" Sasuke asked, Naruto could almost feel the concern, but he knew Sasuke never was the one to show emotions. "Yeah! Plus I'll show you who's stronger!" Naruto exclaimed in his happy, yet fake voice. Naruto felt Sasuke pulled his pale hand back, Naruto put his tanned hands behind his head, as they began walking to Sakura and Kakashi. "Hey Sakura-chan!" Naruto yelled waving his hand, in a friendly way. Sakura's lips curled into a smile, Sakura had been much more nicer to Naruto recently, which the Uzumaki adored, "Hey Naruto!! Hey Sasuke-kun!" Sakura yelled back running up to the raven boy and clinging into Sasuke's arm, Sakura had matured, but still was a clingy against Sasuke.

Naruto heard his best friend sigh deeply, "Hello Sakura. Could you please stop hugging my arm?" Sasuke asked in a emotionless voice, as he stared ahead, since they all were now walking to their sensei Kakashi. Naruto could feel Sakura's pain from here, as she let go of the pale arm and walked depressingly, Naruto couldn't help but feel bad. Naruto ran over to Sakura's side and decided to cheer her up, "Hey Sakura, don't worry I'm sure you'll get your chance one day. Don't give up!" Naruto whispered into the pink haired girl, Naruto couldn't lie, he wanted Sasuke more than anyone, but he knew he had never would get a chance, plus, Naruto loved cheering up people. Sakura lunged herself onto Naruto's body, "Thank you. Naruto." Sakura whispered, Naruto chuckled slightly, he patted her back with a tanned hand as Sakura pulled back, Naruto felt a burning gaze as Sakura pulled back, his blue, piercing eyes met with black, jealous ones. Sasuke?! Was Sasuke jealous?! Naruto couldn't believe it, Sasuke's eyes had shown a burning expression. Naruto raised an eyebrow, "Sasuke?" The voice let out concerned. "Come on, let's not keep Kakashi waiting." Sasuke let out a little bitter. Naruto had shrugged it off and began walking with Sasuke and Sakura once again.

"Yo! Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura! What took so long?" Kakashi asked in a plain voice, as he kept his black, half lidded eyes on the blue book, that had the title make-out paradise. The three stopped as they reached Kakashi finally, Naruto chuckled nervously "Heh, I kinda overslept." Naruto whispered, Kakashi's eyes left the book, "Overslept? Well, okay. We don't have a mission today, so continue with usual training. Also Sakura, Tsunade wanted to see you for some medical training, since Sakura won't be here, Sasuke and Naruto you two should train for better results." Kakashi stated plainly once again. "Hai!" The three exclaimed as Kakashi disappeared. "I'm off!! See you Sasuke and Naruto!" Sakura yelled waving goodbye as she ran to the hokage building. Naruto and Sasuke were now left alone.
