"dahye," jaehyun whispered as he approached the girl.
"jaehyun!" dahye smiled as she gave him a quick hug.
"hi. why did you want me to meet you?"
"i wanted to know why you said those things about yourself."
"what things?"
"you called yourself a disappointment. you said you weren't good enough!"
"i said those things because they're true."
"no, they're not! you aren't a disappointment and you're more than just good enough. i like you. i like you a lot."
"dahye, you don't have to lie just to-"
dahye quickly grabbed his face and gave him a quick kiss on the lips.
jaehyun didn't know what to do. he was shocked and overwhelmed with happiness.
"what was that for?" he asked.
"to prove that i'm not lying to you. i really do like you. more than you'll ever know. if it weren't for your notes, i wouldn't be as happy as i am now."
"really?"
"really. do you want to have dinner together tonight?"
"i'd love to," jaehyun said as his eyes began to fill with tears.
"aw, jaehyun, please don't cry."
"i'm sorry. i'm just really happy."
"let's go see a movie."
"ok," jaehyun agreed as he grabbed dahye's hand.
