Delena endgame Part 2

Damon is walking along a road, Feeling empty.  He keeps getting all these flashbacks of this beautiful brunette. As he walks he suddenly feels every bad thing he has ever done rush into his head once again blocking the visions of the brunette he can't seem to get out of his mind. He starts aching, he falls onto his knees feeling as if he got stabbed in the heart more than a thousand times. He can not deal with the pain any longer. He tells himself "What's the point of living any longer, "I deserve hell already." As if he had no purpose. Moments later a black crow flies to the ground and lands beside him. Damon suddenly gets a flashback of the brunette writing in her diary next to a gravestone and she stands up and shoos a crow away. Damon than stands up feeling a little more purpose and strength as he has another vision of the brunette's face again. The crow picks up it's wings and starts to fly forward, Damon begins to follow the crow. As if the crow was leading him somewhere.

As Elena drives to look for Damon she finds her self by the road they first met on, She gets out of the car beginning to walk to the exact spot they said goodbye on, As she get's there her eyes begin to water as she think's about how she would never think to see him again. Elena than see's a shadow of a man and a crow walking over to her. She gets a tight feeling in her stomach.
As Damon walks his eyes start to focus..
"DAMON" Elena says as she see's his face come out of the darkness. Her body is filled with tingles of excitement and relief, as if she was 7 and saw presents under the Christmas tree. But this was no present but the love of her life in front of her eyes again as if all these years they have been apart was only a bad dream.
But before Elena could even begin to run into his arms..
"You aren't real" Damon says.
"What, Damon what are you talking about"
Elena says confused.
"SYBIL GET OUT OF MY HEAD" Damon yells.
"Damon are you okay? It's me Elena I am here."Elena says trying to assure him"

"Elena is in a coma"
"She isn't here right now.. it's just a memory."
"I can not be sirend again"
"Elena is gone"
Damon keeps telling himself.

"Damon what are you talking about" Elena starts to walk closer.
"DON'T TOUCH ME I DON'T WANT TO HURT ANYONE"
as he hears footsteps.
"i'm not Sybil, I'm Elena."
Elena says.
Damon starts to see a vision when Sybil tainted his and Elena's first meeting.
"I'm Elena"
"I'm Damon"
Damon pauses as if he is paralyzed
"e—lena." Damon says in a trembling voice,
"Yes Damon it's me" "You're okay"
Elena says as a smile appears on her face.
Elena runs into his arms, Damon's eyes suddenly start to water as she runs her hands through his hair while they hug.
"Elena i needed you" Damon says as he feels the warmth of her arms. Damon than starts to move her hair back behind her ear after they hug. Damon goes in and he presses his lips up against hers. And in that moment he knew he was home. His passion for love and life, His purpose to be alive it all came back. Moments later Damon gently detaches his lips from Elena's.
"I wanna take the cure right now." Damon says as he strokes the side of elena's face with his thumb.
"Right now? Are you crazy!"
Elena says in shock.
"I am crazy in love with you, And I do not want to waste a minute." Damon says as his eyes light up.
"I don't want to waste another minute either, but are you sure?." She says.
"I am sure, Ive never been more ready in my life." Damon begins to grab her hands.
"Okay but are you okay? What happened?"
Elena says worried.
"Don't worry I have never been better.
Elena smiles
"But first, are you okay?"
"Are you hungry"
"Do you need anything"
Damon says putting her first.
"Damon, I am okay don't worry."

Damon grabs a piece of glass off the ground a few miles away and comes back. Elena grabs the glass and slowly stabs her hand. Damon than looks at Elena, Elena nods reassuring him its okay. He gently than cups the back of her hand and presses it onto his mouth softly sucking the blood that has the cure. He than lets go and he feels a rush of every single good thing he has done and everything he has sacrificed in the past come to his mind overtaking all the bad that has been making him feel the way he has. As well as the rest of the memories Sybil tainted. His legs slowly get weak and he almost falls down until Elena catches his fall.
"Damon!" Elena yells
Damons eyes slowly start to open. He see's the dream Sybil tainted as well.
"Elena I need you." He says remembering it.
"I'm here, You're safe with me." Elena says wrapping her arms around his neck.
"I love you."Damon says regaining his breathe.
"I love you too." Elena says back giving him a kiss on the cheek, as she holds him.
