Silence is Golden ~Niall Horan~

Chapter 4

*Jadee P.O.V.*

We left after Harry told me about why my room was white and empty. We took a black SUV since we couldn't all fit in the car. On the way there they filled me in on how living with Simon would be. They also told me that their in the world wide famous British/Irish boy band One Direction. They told me about their girlfriends and how being related to Simon would drag me into their lives since he was the one that put them together on the X Factor. They also caught on that I don't talk but they don't know why. They also said that they was cool with it and dropped the subject. I learned that the house that Simon is leaving in he had just bought. Meaning that the boys haven't explored the house which is good. Even though they said that they had found every cool room(s) in it. I guess I'll just have to look around myself when we get back.

When we arrived at the paint store Louis handed me his phone. I looked at him in confusion. "It's for you to use to tell us what you like and don't like." He said while smiling slightly at me. I smiled back in thanks. We walked up and down aisles of paint. Ever color they asked if I liked it wasn't the one. Finally Harry decided to speak for the first time since we got here "Ok, what is your favorite color?"

I unlocked Louis' phone and open the notes app, when I finished typing I showed them.

"Blue?" Liam asked in conformation. I nodded my head and smile. We then walk to a aisle of just blue paint. Now this is where the deciding gets hard. I look at the boys and they just nod their heads. I walk down the aisle trying to find the right one. Then right near the end I find it. I point at it and wave at them that I had found it. They walk down to me. When they get there Louis and Niall pick up the cans they thought we would need. We pay for the paint and leave. We go to the furniture store and get every things else.

~Hours later~

Finally we're finished! We painted and decorated my room. Now we can finally rest. I look at the clock on my nightstand and see that's now 1 p.m. I roll back over and look at the tree that Zayn had painted for me. I must say my room turned out better then I thought it would. I hear one of the boys groaning from the floor. I look over the end of my bed and see that it's Niall. He rolls over on his back and stares at my ceiling, which is now covered in the blue paint. My walls are bare but the tree Zayn painted, some old records, and other things.

"So what are we eating for dinner?" Niall asks. Liam looks at him and rolls his eyes while smiling. This boys sure do smile a lot. Everyone is silent for a minute. Then Louis yells "TACOS!!!" We all look at him like he has grown another head. "Huh?" Zayn asks.

"We can have tacos for dinner." He says quitely. This kid, I swear. We all just nod our heads. We stay quite just enjoying the silents. Till Liam gets up and says "Come on guys. Everyone get changed and meet down stairs in 10 and we'll go out to Taco Bell." The other guys get up and follow him. Well, I guess I better change since I have paint all over me. Thanks to some guys.

*Flashback*

"Alright lets lay down the plastic so we don't ruin your carpet." Liam says while carrying in the roll of plastic. Followed by the other with rollers, brushes, paint, etc. After we laid out the plastic we poured the paint into those plastic container thingies and grabbed a brush or roller. We had finished the ceiling and a wall when someone decided to throw paint. Cough, cough Louis. After that we had full out paint war, no one walked away without some blue haha.

"It's a good thing we laid out the plastic. Ain't that right Lou?" Liam says in a father like tone. Louis nods his head while looking down. But I can see that he has a smile on his face. I look back at Liam to see that he is fighting back a smile. He shakes his head and goes back to painting.

*End of Flashback*
