"You look beautiful, darling," Adeline, Zara's mother said to her daughter with a warm smile on her face.
Zara blushed, "thank you mother," she answered with a happy tone, she was dressed in a blue gown with lace at the top and the material flowed out in the skirt part of the gown. She literally felt like a princess.
Her mother gushed her beautiful little daughter, she had to make a good impression on the other pure blood families and this was her daughters only shot. So Adeline went all in, "don't forget the crown my dear," she said and walked over to the box that stood on the neatly made bed and took it out,
"Do I have to wear it?" Zara whined, she had only tried to wear it on a couple of other times when she was supposed to learn how to walk properly with it on her head, and it was heavy so she didn't like to wear it at all.
Her mother snorted, "of course you do, it is yours now and you have to. Wear it for me, please?" she pleaded with a sad smile, a played sad smile so her daughter would give in.

Adeline carefully put down the golden crown, with pearls and white diamonds on it, on Zara's head and caressed her cheeks carefully making Zara giggle a little from her mothers actions and it made Adeline's heart melt.
